Description from owner

Whitby Beach Villa has three bedrooms, three baths, and 2,500 square feet of indoor space. Every room has wonderful ocean views, and the tropical trade winds blow right through the house. You'll fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach.

Seclusion is the key word. North Caicos is island life as it once was, but with all the essential modern ammenities. Come find your paradise.

Recently renovated, the house provides the utmost in comfort and relaxation. Each roomy bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. There are safes for your essential items in every bedroom closet.

One bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the other bedrooms have two twin-sized beds, which could be joined, if necessary.

The house is fully furnished with kitchen supplies, extra bath towels, bed sheets, and beach towels.

We have a washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and refrigerator, just like home. And sufficient paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. to get you started.

There are ceiling fans in every room, although the breezes from the ocean rarely make them necessary.

Private extra-large tiki gazebo

300 feet of beachfront, along a 7 mile stretch of beach

3 spacious patios

Barbecue and hammocks for your use

Whitby beach is one, if not the best in the entire chain of islands, made up of a clean, fine white sand and water that's so clear and colorful with small rolling waves. It's ideal for small children, swimming, kayaking and snorkeling.

In either direction you can walk for miles. The photos you see are at the busiest time in the day (no people.)

There's a small reef just off-shore to the left (2 minute ride) that's ideal for snorkeling.

About the area

North Caicos is a 41 square mile island, 12 miles north east of Providencials, where direct flights from Europe and North America terminate. Located on the most northerly and greenest of all the islands in the Turks & Caicos, we are only a 10-minute flight from Providencials, Known as the islands' "Bread Basket," this is where the fresh tropical fruits and vegetables are grown. The locals are as friendly and helpful as anyone could be. North Caicos is not as developed as Providencials, so you'll see much of the island as the first discoverers saw it, hundreds of years ago. Secluded white sand beaches, crystal clear waters. Whitby Beach is the most northern beach in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Middle Caicos (the next island to the east) and has just been connected to North Caicos by a causeway so now you can take a trip over to see more of the beauty that the islands have to offer. Parrot Cay (the next small island to the west) which has five star hotels/restaurants, is also nice to see. You can be taken over on a small ferry boat from Sandy Point. It's so close you can swim over. The Turks & Caicos Islands are an archipelago of forty islands and cays 575 miles southeast of Miami, one hundred miles north of the Dominican Republic and thirty miles southeast of the Bahamas. Ninety minutes flying time from Miami, the Turks and Caicos Islands cover a land area of 193 square miles. Each island is surrounded by a continuous coral reef. The main airport is Providenciales (PLS) and there are direct flights from London, Toronto, Boston, New York, Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. It takes less than 3 hours flying time from (JFK) New York. When you let us know your flight arrangements, we will have a local taxi waiting for you at the North Caicos Airport. You will be taken to Whitby where a facility manager will be waiting to greet you. It is only a 10 minute flight from the main airport on Providenciales.
