Reviews for this vacation villa rental in Northside, St Thomas, Virgin Islands
January 2, 2016
Our family of four stayed 8 days at Tree Tops Villa. A Secluded spot with top of the world views of Atlantic Ocean and Carribean Sea from the balcony. Woke up every morning with trade winds and georgeous views. The house is perfectly set up for parents with older kids or multiple adults- as there is a seperate downstairs bedroom and private bath. All was just right for a busy family- washer/dryer, hose outside to rinse off beach sand, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill poolside. 3bathrooms and a pool. Coolers and beach chairs were available for travel days- as well as a custom made notebook/maps detailing directions around St Thomas. The landscaping around the property was lush and tropical- the birds and frogs were remarkable. This is a property that will leave you feeling the comforts of home while vacationing in the Caribbean.
I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at TreeTops. I could tell that you really enjoyed just hanging out at the Villa and cooking with your family. A very active family enjoying every minute of your stay. I do hope you return again , it was my pleasure to meet you.
Beautiful Tree tops vacation!
February 9, 2015
Vacationed in St. Thomas the last week of January and could not have picked a better time, especially being from Syracuse, NY where it was 2 degrees when we left. We were very pleased with the Tree top house - it is beautifully appointed, the views are breathtaking and the breezes throughout the entire house were so welcome as it was 85-89 every day. The house was immaculate, the appliances were new, the pool was a great perk, it was very private, windows everywhere for the incredible views - we really could not have asked for anything more - well maybe to stay longer! Loved being able to sit out on the deck and look at Meagans Bay in the mornings. Cindie the property manager was so very helpful with information about the house and the area. she provided us with great directions and ideas that she leaves in a book for all guests to use. She is a wealth of information as she has lived on the island for many years. We enjoyed the beach for snorkeling and went to St. Johns' on the Ferry. Got to enjoy the Superbowl at the Sand Bar, which was a fantastic place to catch the big game. Big screen TV's outside and in. Great place to go regardless of the game. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful home! So clean and spacious. Amazing view! I'm missing it already. We felt so at home. Loved waking up every morning to the amazing view. So many beautiful beaches to explore and so many fun activities to do. I recommend doing the night time Kayak adventure. Amazing! Will defiantly be returning.
Amazing!! Stay at Treetops!!
November 24, 2014
I just recently returned from a week's stay at Treetops in St. Thomas. Everything was just perfect!! The house is beautiful, spectacular views, clean and has a real open, airy feel. In addition because it's at the end of the road and surrounded by trees it is so private!! You have complete privacy anywhere in the house or around the pool. Just what you would want for a vacation house. Cindie, the property manager is a wealth of knowledge and can give you directors or advice on anything you want or need from details about the house to good restaurants, good beaches or just how to get from point A to point B. The house was very welcoming, clean and fully stocked with everything from all of your kitchen supplies, to beach chairs and towels, coolers and even a washer & dryer to keep the beach towels clean. The beds were very comfortable and even though there is AC in both bedrooms, we never needed it. The house is located on a hill which gives it a continuous breeze cooling the house as well as breathtaking views of the Caribbean Islands from three sides!! The house is pretty centrally located and it didn't take us long to get anywhere we needed to go. Probably easier to have a small SUV or jeep for the road but that is true with many, many roads throughout the Island. With the fully stocked kitchen we had our choice of going out to eat or cooking at home and hanging by the pool. We took advantage one night and had a great BBQ by the pool. At night these adorable little frogs chirp you to sleep. I would highly recommend this property as a vacation spot for anyone who wanted to go to the Island. Cindie even put some preliminary groceries in the fridge for us to get us started (eggs, bread, juice etc.) which was helpful as it took us a few days before we wandered to find a grocery store. All in all I would send anyone I know to stay at this location/house. You won't be disappointed!! I can't wait to go back again and have already booked my next stay on the Island at Treetops with Cindie.
Thank you for the nice review, we are so happy that you had such a good time at Treetops that you booked again for 2015. It will be nice for you to get a break from the winter and enjoy the island life for another week once again. We are looking forward to seeing you again. Enjoy the Holidays!

GREAT LOCATION WITH AMAZING VIEWS!
We had a great stay at Treetops and would definitely recommend it. The views are breathtaking and the location is really good. renting a jeep is the best way to get around the island and is cheaper than taxi services.

45th Anniversary Special
We just returned from a weeks stay at treetops. We use Vacation rentals quite a lot and this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. Cindie and Jon were so helpful. We had breakfast and wine in the fridge upon arrival, along with everything you need to feel right at home. She had maps and a GPS that made maneuvering around the island a lot easier. The view is breathtaking and the high ceilings in the large one bedroom, two bath, lovely kitchen, large beautiful furnished dining and living area with windows all around made it the perfect place for us. It is so much better than a condo. There is another bedroom and bathroom downstairs which we did not use. the pool with the outdoor shower was wonderful and the place is very tropical and very private. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone

PEACEFUL AND RELAXING!
Stayed at Treetops the first week of january 2012. Exactly as advertised. Great floor plan and the home was stocked and ready to go, we just had to buy groceries. The whole back wall is sliding glass doors to allow cool breezes into the home. Relaxed by the pool in the evening and watched the boats pass far below and the stars come out, brilliant night sky. Peaceful location to just relax. Everything we expected and more. Cindie was helpful and available if required, Thanks!

Recently returned from a glorious stay at Treetops and would highly recommend it. Cindie was an excellent host and provided great insight into inland life, point so interest and driving directions ( not to forget breakfast items and a bottle of red wine to greet us) The layout of the property and modern amenities were a perfect match, but the views are absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the tropical breezes while relaxing poolside during he day and sleeping throughout the night...AC is not necessary. Treetops provides comfortable privacy and ocean views that are postcard worthy. We enjoyed short trips to Magen's Bay, downtown shopping, Frenchtown eateries, and swimming with tarpon and sea turtles at Hull Bay. Aside from the obvious, the peace and serenity that treetops offers is the perfect atmosphere for recharging, decompressing, and reconnecting with the important things in life. The perfect retreat!

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND LAY AROUND THE POOL OR AS A BASE FOR SIGHTSEEING.
Lots of space inside handout and very well appointed . The manager was very helpful concerning the property and learning our way around the island.
We would certainly make a return visit to this property and recommend it to anyone.

Treetops - Great Stay!
Really enjoyed our March spring break. Treetops is a bit out of the hustle ( of there is such a thing in St. Thomas), but very tranquil and well appointed. Cindie was very helpful and accommodating . The views were great. The villa is luxurious, comfortable, and a great place to relax. Definitely recommend it. You do need a car ( with good tires) to get up the hill and get around. Easy access to Beaches

My husband and I went with friends to St. Thomas last week and had the pleasure of staying at Treetops. The property was beautiful, to say the least. The views were unbelievable from the balcony and living spaces. We also really enjoyed the pool and utilized the brand new grill several times. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Cindie, the caretaker, was so helpful!! She was very friendly and gave us lots of advice during our stay on St. Thomas. Though it was not an issue for us, the driveway is very steep. We rented a toyota corolla that got up the hill just fine, but it was a bit surprising during the first trip up. A taxi van also refused to pick us up on top of the hill for a wedding we were attending- definitely rent a car! We felt strongly that the trip up the hill was worth the stay and view.
