Are you looking to spend your next vacation in a spacious rental with many of the amenities of home? Our 4 story townhomes can accomodate large groups up to 14 people and provide easy access to the beach. They are located at 60th Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway only a few hundred feet from the beach. All the townhomes have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, private garages and a minimum of 5 balconies. This great location is close to the all the major attractions including the boardwalk area, miniature golf, grocery stores, and restaurants. Within walking distance you can easily access the top nightlife spots to avoid parking and cabs as well as the ocean city bus stop.

PLEASE INQUIRE FOR EXACT PRICING since the prices on this site do not include tax. The listings on vacation home rents list the tax rate underneath the rate section instead of added it into our rates. The pricing structure on this site is also not compatible with our pricing structure during certain times of year due to our minimum charges.

Please note we run 5 units through this listing since they are all the same size and are identically furnished. The only difference is the garages. The two in the middle have a 3-car garage, the two in the front have a 2-car garage, and the one in the back has a 2-car garage with a covered car port. There is additional free parking on the street. T

The layout is as follows:

1st Floor = garage/entrance way

2nd Floor = bedroom with queen size bed, bedroom with bunk bed and trundle bed (2 twin, 1 full), full bath in hallway

3rd Floor = kitchen, family room, laundry room, powder room (1/2 Bath), queen size sofa bed

4th Floor = bedroom with queen size bed and private full bath, bedroom with 2 full size beds and private full bath (unit 2 north has 1 full and 1 queen in this bedroom)

“Great house for large group!”

The townhouse was in a great location for both the beach and for other activities in Ocean City! The house had plenty of room for large groups and I would definitely recommend staying here to a friend, or stay here again myself! Lots of close parking for guests and a very short walk to the beach! All in all we really enjoyed our time at this house!

This was by far the absolute best property I have ever stayed. My extended family and I just returned from our Ocean City vacation. The property was large enough to accommodate my entire family. The place was not only huge, it was beautiful! We had every convenience of home and had a hard time leaving when the vacation was over. I am already looking forward to making plans for next years vacation at the same location!

This house was set up perfect for us! The upstairs bedrooms were faraway enough to not hear the teenagers two floors below. Works out much better than a one floor condo. Location was good and the garage came in handy as well. I was concerned about the close proximity to Coastal highway, the agent suggested a fan in the bedroom...worked like a charm!

Check-in and checkout was smooth as could be. The house was larger than most town home rentals in OC with great access to the beach, numerous restaurants, bars, (e.g. Fagers Island), and the shuttle. Our group fluctuated between 10-12 people per night, and the house was large enough to accommodate all of us, although it was made a bit tighter due to one of the trundle beds being inaccessible (was wedged under a bunk and unable to be pulled out). Between the garage and street parking there is no shortage of available parking. Definitely need to remember to bring your own linens and towels. All-in-all this house is fairly priced, spacious, and provides access to the beach, bars, foods, and transportation. I would not hesitate to return.

This was like being at home, we were comfortable and not tripping over any of the 8 that were in the home. Even with being on the beach block the home was clean and the maintenance guy was always available, the fire alarm went off one day. Great location that you can see the ocean from balcony but still sit and just watch the traffic and people walking.

“Accommodating for multi families and close to beac”

We had a total of 3 families consisting of 14 people in total. The town house was spacious enough for us all and still provided privacy being it is multi level. It is very close to the beach, especially important since OC Beaches have no facilities. It was fairly neat and clean and had most amenities of home. The 2 car garage fit a small car and a huge SUV and the car port also fit a SUV. Being directly on coastal highway it is very noisy especially at night so those light sleepers beware. We did like the bus stopped basically in front of the house making it easy to get around OC without needing the cars for only $3 a day. Make sure you bring your own pillows and sheets. Also the beds are not the most supporting and tend to be very noisy. Overall we rate it a " would stay again"

“Convienant”

What a very nice place. Myself and 9 other women here over Labor day weekend and had a blast! The pictures that advertise the town home do it no justice. It was much bigger than expected. We dealt with a local realty representative named Frank who was more than happy to help with any issues we had. It was located in the prime area of OCMD so nothing was too far from us. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back and rent again next year!

“Ocean Bliss 303 - Clean and Comfortable”

We more than surprised when we opened the door. The pictures did not do this place justice. It was very clean, big, decorated beautifully and it was very modern. The wrap around deck was great for both the bay view but also being able to see the ocean all the way from costal highway. We have stayed in OCMD many times over the past 10 years and Ocean Bliss 303 was by far the nicest. We slept nine 30 yr old full sized adults with no issues at all. We would 100% stay there again. Thanks!
