Upper mid-town location, 20 blocks north of Route 90 bridge. Many shopping, dining & nightlife options within walking distance. The Hobbit restaurant on-site. Upscale seafood restaurant - Hooked! - in shopping center adjacent to Rivendell outdoor parking lot. Fractured Prune Donuts, South Moon Under (upscale clothing store) in same shopping center. OC's hottest new restaurant, Ropewalk, just 1 block away @ 82nd & bay. Pizza, convenience stores, DVD rental kiosk, package goods, and beach/linen rental store all within 5 blocks of building.

Short car or bus ride to either downtown OC (boardwalk area) or Fenwick, DE (bus stop conveniently located between 81st & 82nd on Coastal Highway)

81st Street beach is a low-density beach, located just 200 yards from the building lobby. Convenient light-controlled crosswalk on 81st Street. Easy to find a great spot near the water any time of day.

The 81st Street beach is also designated as a handicapped-accessible beach, with added accommodations for handicapped guests.
