We have stayed at Bed & Breakfasts, and have always loved the 'home away from home' feeling they afford. It is our sincere hope that we are able to provide that same feeling to you. Special touches include fresh linens and towels for the beds and bath, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and boogie boards for guests' use. For that possible rainy day, there are plenty of board games, a Play Station, and movies. And if you love to cook, the fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for those wishing to try their hand at becoming the next Chef Emeril.

This two-bedroom/two-bath condo is situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Ocean City, Maryland in a ten-story building with a two-story penthouse. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a recycling area, and a handicapped ramp to the first main level. Guests will have the use of two reserved parking spots, and there is off-street public parking nearby.

Our home has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a direct ocean view, a master bedroom with a direct ocean view, a generous-size second bedroom, two full baths, and a completely furnished oceanfront porch off the living room and master bedroom. Our Ocean City MD vacation home was totally refurbished in 2002 and has yearly upgrades to keep it up to date. It features new tile floors and carpeting, new counter tops and cabinet fronts in the kitchen, and new bathroom sinks and fixtures. Most recently (2013) we updated bedroom flooring and stainless steel refrigerator.

Our vacation rental home is fully air-conditioned and there are three ceiling fans, which are great if you like to keep the windows open to hear the crash of the ocean waves. The home is located on the first floor, and features a tremendous view of the beach and the foam of the waves. It has quick access to the beach, and is located centrally in Ocean City.

There are both formal and casual restaurants nearby as well as tennis, putt-putt golf, and nightclubs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the most fun thing to do at our beach home?
A: I believe it would be enjoying the beach day and night. We are directly ocean front and have some of the best views of what Mother Nature offers. Even at night you can enjoy. Just open the window and hear the waves crashing and smell the salt air. It is so relaxing for sure.
Q: What makes our vacation home special?
A: I have been doing this for awhile and know how guests like to be treated. Our home is not typical. We leave fresh linens on prepared beds at arrival, fresh bath, face and hand towels, beach towel, paper products, beach chairs and umbrella and cart. We make our home your home for the week's stay. We have many repeat families that come back because of providing such. Many have truly become long distant friends. Try us out and see.
Q: What is the coolest activity?
A: I enjoy a nice meal. Across the street bay side is Fager's Island. It is not an inexpensive night out but it is worth the short walk, good meals and beautiful bay views. If you go there at sunset there is a musical treat as well. I would also recommend Dead Freddies. You can drive or walk as well (A bit further for walking) but it has a nice kids zone there to entertain while having a nice and reasonable meal. It is also bayside too.
