145 East Second Street - This concrete canal house features four bedrooms plus a loft, and two and a half baths, on two levels. Downstairs, the two street side bedrooms have access to a street side porch with rockers. One bedroom has a king bed and TV, and one bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs one bedroom has a king, and one has a queen and a single bed. The open loft area has a love seat and two double beds. There's half a bath on the ground level. On the main level there's a half bath off the living room, and a Jack n Jill bathroom between two bedrooms, and one bathroom upstairs.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, ceiling fans, iron, wet bar, DVD player, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six, and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. Located on the T of the canal off Union Street, this location gives you both canal and dock access, as well as being near the beach. The comfortable rockers on the canal side deck invite you to sit and watch the boats go by on their way to the Intracoastal.

This house rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
