92 Monroe Street - This natural canal house features four bedrooms and four baths, on two levels. On the main level, both bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and one has a TV. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and one has two singles. There's an additional sitting room upstairs with a sofa and chairs, where you can get away from it all to quietly read a book, or watch TV. The dining table seats four, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There is also a small table that seats two in the living area.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. A covered canal side porch will invite you to relax while watching the boats go by and the gorgeous view of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Odell Williamson Bridge. You might even want to enjoy lunch at the picnic table on the large deck by the dock, or sit in the shade of the gazebo. PLEASE NOTE: THE ROOF TOP DECK IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO GUESTS.

This property rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
