OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 1001 - This tenth floor, 2400 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. Facing west, this outside unit has spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The wrap around deck allows an excellent view of the ocean, end of the island, marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway.

New renovations 2017 include all new custom cabinets and Sequoia Brown Marble countertops in kitchen, bathrooms and wet bar, new appliances, and three-piece sectional sofa.

= There's a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side, with access to ocean facing deck and private bath.

= The second bedroom has two double beds. There's a bathroom with access to this bedroom in the hallway. There is also a small private deck for viewing the marsh and the Intracoastal Waterway.

= The third bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and view of the west end, marsh and Intracoastal Waterway.

There is a large couch in the living room for your "drop by" company. The dining table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. On the deck, a dining table seats 8, plus four deck chairs with side tables.

All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach and sunrises. Outside amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, outside shower, Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located near the beach access.

Condominium 1001 is an end unit facing the west side of the island toward Sunset Beach. Amenities include, Jacuzzi tub in masterbath, wet bar, central heating and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, widescreen HDTV, Smart-TV in each bedroom, Cable TV and internet service, laser printer, DVR, DVD player, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fan,and secured Wi-Fi. Make sure to have your camera handy for some beautiful sunrise, sunset and magnificent stormy weather shots both day and night.

This unit rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before May 25 and after August 25, and there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE NO OUTSIDE OUTLETS TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS.
