8 Sandpiper Drive - This Island Park house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. One downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and one has two singles. There's a bathroom on this level. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and one bedroom has a TV; the fifth bedroom has two singles with a trundle underneath, and TV. There are two bathrooms on this level.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, DVD players, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating as well as a picnic table in the carport. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This house is conveniently located a short walk from both the Seabrook Drive beach access as well as the Seabrook Drive community pool.

This property rents on a weekly basis only. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
