15 Sandpiper Drive - This sound view Island Park house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The second bedroom downstairs has two twins. There is one bathroom on the first level with a door to the hallway and to the queen bedroom. This bathroom is handicap accessible with a 27" door opening. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom upstairs has a double. The third bedroom upstairs has two twins. The third bathroom opens to the hallway upstairs. All bathrooms have showers only (no tubs).

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, elevator from the ground level to the first floor, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pools.

Although this house will rent for partial weeks in the off season, before May 25 and after August 25, there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
