JUNE 1 TO JUNE 15 NOW REDUCED FROM $3285.00 TO $3150.00 A WEEK. LOONEY DUNES - 213 East First Street - This second row house features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels, and it's conveniently built on a reverse floor plan for maximum ocean views from the main living area upstairs. On the first floor, one bedroom has a king bed, and private bathroom with a tub, one has a double, and private bathroom with a tub, one has one double and a single and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds, with a double on the bottom and a single on top. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower only (no tub). All bedrooms have TVs. Upstairs, there's the kitchen, dining room and main living room, along with the master bedroom with a king bed, wet bar, small refrigerator, TV and access to top deck. This bedroom has a private bath with tub. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two stools at the bar for additional seating.

Amenities include private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, DVD and blu-ray players, and secure Wi-Fi. The gourmet kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances. The two covered decks on the street side deck invite you to sit and enjoy the ocean views. This house is located six doors from the Leland Street beach access.

Although this house will rent for partial weeks in the off-season, before May 25 and after August 24, there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
