OCEAN POINT - 63 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit 1206 - This 12th floor, 1953 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. The oceanfront master bedroom has a queen bed and TV, as well as access to the balcony. One bedroom has two queens, and the third has a queen. The bathroom for this bedroom opens to bedroom and to living room. The master bathroom has a tub with a separate shower, and the other two bathrooms have tub/shower combinations.

Amenities include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, blender and Wi-Fi. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests' use and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. This condo's balcony faces to the ocean and to the east of the island, and has chairs, tables and rocker.

This condo has keyless entry.

This unit rents for partial weeks in the off season, before May 31 and after August 31, and there's a three-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE NO OUTSIDE OUTLETS TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS
