Great home.

October 4, 2012

We felt so much at home, clean, comfortable and clean. Very important. Everything that was advertised and more. Would use this home again, no reason to look anywhere else. Rented linnes and towels from Angie's rentals. Reasonable prices.

Owner's reply:

I am so glad that you had a great vacation. Thank you for taking the time to write this positive review. We try to maintain the home in good condition to ensure a wonderful vacation for all of our guests.

Home OK But Check in Service Terrible

August 2, 2010

The check in procedure at Cooke Realty was an absolute nightmare. The home was cleaned early in the PM but we were told as were a lot of other people that until it was inspected we could not go in. We were told we would get a computer call when it was ready. We never got a call so we went to the office around 3PM. Finally at 4PM everyone was showing up to check in, there was mass confusion and frustration. Everyone was crowding into the office there were no organized lines it could have gotten out of hand very easily. When we finally got to the counter at 4PM we were told the property was still not ready. We asked them to go check, the clerk disappeared came back and gave us the keys. We never got a call as described, the system really is not working.
