Perfect for a relaxing weekend!

April 23, 2013

We spent two nights here and were very comfortable. The house has the most incredible views, and is well laid out with lots and lots of space. Highly recommend for families, or a group - we'd happily book it again!

Breathe Taking View

December 21, 2010

We stayed at the Seascape for a staff retreat over two days. It was a wonderful place to hold our meeting at. We loved the view! The only thing that we were missing was hot water. I know that they are fixing this for the next vacationers. We will definitely go back.

A Magical Place

July 29, 2010

We stayed at the "Beach Treasure" for six days. The views of the beach and ocean and the Three Arches, from the deck were breathtaking. The houser is supplied and provisioned beyond our expectations. Anew sea food restaurant is directly across from the house and the coffee shop is just down the road. But the main attractions are the visual splendor of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing on to the beach. Our entire family enjoyed the experience.

Amazing view

June 9, 2010

This is a relatively new home with an amazing view. There are a few kinks to work out via the cleaning staff/management including outside sliding doors off the track, lots of pet hair (?), left side of stove does not light (safety hazard), and limited amenities such as towels, dishes and coffee pot; these were more suitable to 2-4 people vs 8. I should note we were the first visitors to the home with this specific management company so I'm sure this is just part of the learning process. The home is otherwise delightful and I am sure that we would return (and hopefully the above-mentioned items will be taken care of)

You will park at the bottom of a long staircase, so be prepared for a haul to pack your things in and out. The stairs inside the house are a little rickety and can be tricky when waking up in the morning. The view is obstructed a Bar that is in foreclosure and the neighbors are really close and can be noisy (think screaming babies 3 times during the night). We vacuumed a swam of flying ants, and couldn't sleep in the master bedroom due to an odor. Insufficient seating in the living room (2 love seats, 2 wooden sling chairs)so often used the wooden dining set with pillows for cushions. We love the Oceanside community and the great beach access, but were really glad to be home. Will look for more creature comforts next time.
