Description from owner

FRANKEL: 10 Saunders Ave., Old Orchard Beach

New to my rentals for 2016. Most dates are open This is a 3 bedroom, one-story house very close to the beautiful big Grand Beach. Very clean home with inside walls being knotty pine. Full kitchen, one bath with shower; “awesome enclosed porch”; Cable TV, WIFI, microwave, dishwasher, gas BBQ grille (shared), washer/dryer, has A/C. BED SETUP: Master has 1 queen bed; Bedroom 2 has 1 full bed; bedroom 3 has 1 full bed. Home will sleep 6 in beds. Parking for 1 car in driveway; possible to park a small car front close to the house, as this is a very narrow street. The beach is just down the street, a half to 1-minute walk tops, great location off of East Grand Ave. About 5-8 minute walk or less to the Famous Pier. $1,680/wk. Sorry, no pets permitted due to owner allergies.

Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 2 Double Beds

About the area

The Old Orchard Beach/Saco exit is Exit 36 mile marker once you're on the Maine Turnpike (I-95). Saco & Old Orchard are about 30 or so minutes north of Wells & Kennebunk areas. Were about half way between Kittery & Freeport(LLBean) for outlet shopping and major mall in South Portland is about a half hour away. Old Orchard has a beautiful wide and flat beach called Grand Beach, the best in the State of Maine. There are gift shops, eateries, amusements, an arcade & the "famous Pier" at Old Orchard Beach is within walking distance. Amtrak runs trains from Boston to Freeport daily during summer season. Saco & Old Orchard are adjacent towns. Saco is adjacent to Old Orchard to the south and Scarborough (Pine Point) is to the north To the south of the Pier about 3 miles is an area called Camp Ellis in Saco. From there Deep-sea fishing boats leave from the docks. Kayak rentals are nearby for use on the Saco River. If you have a boat, you can launch it at the docks here or in Pine Point. At Camp Ellis there There is also a mile-long jetty to fish from or just to walk on and a great Seafood Restaurant called Huots. The large dock here has a bait & tackle shop. In the Harbor are both fishing & pleasure boats to see. From the docks you can rent jet skis and also go para-sailing too.
