We had a wonderful time at the unit. It is beautifully furnished, very clean and everything was available that you could think of needing. Definitely will be back again. David and Josey were awesome, super easy to reach, great directions on everything, easy access to the unit. It was such a pleasure , the vacation started from the moment we first inquired about the unit. Awesome and breathtaking view.

Hated to leave... WOW, just an awesome place!

Our stay was way to short! Great bang for your buck at this place. Other than the rain and not having enough time, we were very happy with our experience. Especially liked the convenience of being on ground floor and view of setting sun from living room. A first class, beautiful condo. Will book more time next year!

Great stay--highly recommended

Our family of six (two adults, four kids) stayed a week in August 2010. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay at this same unit again. Both the building and specific unit are very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The building is located bayside, across the avenue from the beach. The unit is nicely equiped and the open kitchen area is spectacular. The master bathroom deserves special kudos. The pools outside and inside are great--the indoor pool is a great choice for rainy days. We are super picky about cleanliness, especially kitchen and bathrooms--and cannot say anything other than praise for the quality and cleanliness of the entire unit. Moreover, I highlight the fact since the unit is on the 1st floor, you have quick access in/out of unit and to swimming pool because you do not need to ride the elevator. Since we have small kids, this was a plus, especially when returning from the beach or supermarket. I also highlight the goodwill of the new owners. Prior to formalizing the reservation, we had a misunderstanding with the agent, and the owners intervened to resolver in our favor. The beach across from Bella Luna is wide and clean; sand is sugar-white. The beach was not crowded. If you want to have more privacy, you can walk or drive less than a mile westward to the state park. At this location, there are no condos on the beach and very few people. Finally, I also mention that there are lots of things to do in the surrounding areas. The Museum of Naval Aviation is superb. Don't miss out on the Blue Angels show; it is unforgettable. Kids also had a great time at the Flow-Rider in Waterville. There's plenty of restaurants nearby--but to tell the truth, our best dinners were "home-made" prepared at the unit or beside the pool at the barbecue.

Beautiful Condo/ Great Sunsets

We had a wonderful time with our two year old son staying at Bella Luna. The unit is very large, everything is top of the line and very comfortable. The pools are beautiful and the walk to the beach is easy and accessible. We recommend this unit for your next getaway. We will return for Summers to come.
