Enjoy the brilliant colors of the sky and ocean as the sun rises every morning and reveals the islands of Tintamarre and St. Barth in the distance. Truly mesmerizing!

This sweet 3 bedroom villa offers lower rates for use of 2 bedrooms (the 3rd bedrooms is not used) for up to 4 persons... please see rates below!!

The villa is very well equipped and the well ventilated interior spaces include 2 king size bedrooms on the main level that have both exterior and interior access and fabulous designer en-suite bathrooms, while the 3rd king size bedroom is located on a lower level accessed by an exterior stairway.

The villa offers a spacious open floor plan with living area (air conditioned) and gourmet kitchen. The villa offers a lovely infinity lap pool and terraces at the front and back, perfect for lounging and alfresco dining.

Orient Sunrise is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping including various types of Palm trees, orchids, and a plethora of flowers. Just a short 5 minutes down the hill brings you to the fun filled Orient beach and its bars, restaurants, shops, and water sports. Grand Case, the gourmet capitol of the island is only 10 minutes away.

About the area

Orient Bay, also known as the "St Tropez" of the Caribbean, is a 1.3 mile stretch of soft white sand and turquoise blue waters. The beach is lined with lovely restaurants and bars offering service on the beach including beach chairs and umbrellas. Along the beach you will also find various watersports activities. The far northern and southern end of Orient Bay are designated as “naturist” and are clothing optional areas. In the center of the bay, where bathing suits are required, is the quaint, colorful “Parc de la Baie Orientale”, a charming Creole style village. Getting around

Most St Martin travelers rent a car during their stay. Our preferred rental car agency is Dollar/ Thrifty. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free if you reservation includes a transfer. Renting a car gives you the convenience of moving about the island on your schedule. Taxies are readily available at the airport and for short trips.

Interaction with guest

You will be transferred to the property and given keys, a brief orientation and contact information of who to call with any questions during your stay. You will have 24/7 access to staff of the local real estate company for any emergency maintenance issues. After contact with the local staff, please call your agent, St Martin Reservation Center.
