This luxury resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, Florida and is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. Windsor Hills is a gated community with 24 hour guards on duty.

Windsor Hills Resort Guests who want to use the clubhouse amenities, specifically the community pool, hot tub and Sir Windsor AquaVenture, will need to obtain a wrist band from the Welcome Center. There will be no cost to booked guests for the wrist bands. We will provide bands based on the number bedrooms (BR) as follows:

2 BR – max 6 bands per booking

3 BR – max 8 bands per booking

4 BR – max 10 bands per booking

5 BR – max 12 bands per booking

6 BR – max 14 bands per booking
