Reviews for this vacation villa rental in Orlando, Florida

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The house was comfortable for all 12 of us. The kids (and adults ) enjoyed the pool and games room. There was only a small plumbing problem that Paul took care of immediately after notifying him. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone else.

While the check in was smooth, the code for the key box was on the lock when we arrived at the house which meant it was not unique to us. The area was advertised as a gated community but this was not the case as the gates were wide opened and appeared as if they did not work in months.. This allowed anyone to drive in and out of the comminity as they wished. The furniture in the house needs fo be updated as they are old and dated, especially the t.v's in the bedrooms which are small box t.v's. The mattresses also needs to be changed. The BBQ grill was left dirty by the previous renters and it ran out of gas the third day of our seven day stay while we were preparing our dinner. This left our dinner unfinished. Of the four burners on the stove, only two of them worked. We tried calling the property management over and repeatedly but got a recording forms the operator. A pool table and a fusbol table in a garage hardly constitutes as a game room. The house was clean and spacious and my family and I were comfortable. We would rent this house again once the above deficiencies are corrected.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet--a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a taxing career field so I travel/vacation often. My favorite homes to rent are those that feel like home-away-from-home. This rental came close, but not 100 percent. We had to purchase things like paper towels, dish washing detergent, seasoning. A treadmill or some type of fitness equipment on the premises would have made it an even sweeter deal! Also, I have been allowed early check in with other properties. I don't mind having to pay for this service, but it is hard to find something to do if your flight arrives early and you cannot check into the house (provided that is vacant) until 4:00 p.m. One other thing worth mentioning is this particular property has keypad opposed to physical keys. I thought this was great because you do not have to worry about losing the keys. However, there was no instruction about keypad use included in welcome letter other than key code--we thought door locked automatically which we frantically discovered is not the case. Also, the homes I frequently rent extend good customer service AFTER I rent property (for example they communicate to find out about my stay or if/when I would like to rent again). While this is not mandatory it is a personal quality that separates some rental owners from others. Overall, I do not think anyone will be disappointed with this rental home.

Many things in the house were broken. The bed sheets and blankets and pillows smelled awful and had to be washed when we stayed. The pool had not been cleaned before we got there. We paid extra for the spa and didn't get it until the 3rd day of our stay. It said we would have a 'chef's kitchen' and barely had a sharp knife to cut anything. Overall it was not a very nice place to stay.

Recently had a long awaited family reunion (10 years in the making) at the worst house in Florida. The ants were disgusting. The property was not well represented on the internet. The kitchen was far from gourmet- more like barely the minimum ( we had to purchase cups, measuring cups, plates and pans. Towels were old, stained and ragged (we had to purchase towels-which we left there for the next victim of the house).Furniture was in poor condition. The pool table in the garage with no AC and with temps of 100 degrees it was unbareable to use.Chairs outside by pool were hanging on by threads and the plastic chairs we so cheap the legs barely supported a 60 lb. child. If it wasn't bad enough that my family scraped together the money to make this reunion happen we had the house from hell.Don't let this house distract from your vacation and having fun instead of contacting the maagemement company and requesting resolutions everyday.Don't choose this house if you want to have a hassle free vac.

The rental property was so-so. There was a lot of damage to the house, and minimal kitchen goods (gasses, plates, pots and pans etc). We were led to believe that the house was fully stocked. The pool table in the garage was missing balls, the rack and the pool sticks were a joke to say the least, not to mention the table was crooked. We were also told there was a grill provided, it was FILTHY and has no gas, so we had to go to walmart and buy our own. The pool was dirty, the spa didnt work for 1/2 the week and the house had ants. Overall I had fun in Florida, but I could have done without the house.

Extremely disappointed in our week stay. This is a very poorly maintained property both in amenities and guest service. Much is worn out and well past its prime. Landlord is absentee and their management company operates on a cell phone with limited hours. Neither party is interested in the quality of your experience as a guest. In fact, be prepared to be accused for "something else" that broke during your stay. You have been warned!

Gameroom is garage containg a pool table the size of a bumper pool table and that is the only game. Game cube does not contain any games. Gas grill does not include propane tank. Flimsy grill that has charcoal residue in bottom. Encountered numerous problems upon arrival on Saturday at 4:30 and could not get in touch with property management until Monday: *Unable to access a good internet connection. Unit had a secure connection but no password available. *Broken box spring *Three broken lamps *A minimum of 9 light bulbs burned out *Four forks *Two rolls of toilet paper *One bar stool broken, blinds broken *Unable to get spa to work because changes had been made but instructions not updated in house book. The majority of these items were taken care of on Monday. The house, however, was not as described. After disputing through Paypal, I settled with one day's compensation.
