Description of the Otis vacation home rental
Brooks Beech House on beautiful Beech Hill Pond is set on 5 acres surrounded by green lawns with all the comforts of home. The pond is a crystal clear spring fed body of water great for swimming, boating or fishing. Just 40 minutes away is Bar Harbor and famous Acadia National Park with hiking, biking and trips to the coastal shore front or Cadillac Mountain. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and full kitchen with an open living space on the first floor. The 4th bedroom is upstairs with room for a couch and flat screen TV with cable. There is a loft overlooking the downstairs living area with a pool table. The three season screened porch overlooks the water. Enjoy a day on the lake then unwind as you listen to the loons with the summer breezes coming off the water as you relax on the futon.

Beech Hill Pond is located in Otis, Maine close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Just a short 40 minute drive to enjoy the Maine ocean shoreline, Sand beach and Cadillac Mountain. Enjoy evening dining in Ellsworth, 20 minutes away or Bangor, 35 mintues away. Bangor International Airport is located in Bangor with a population of 33,000. Golf courses are located in Ellsworth, Bar Harbor area or Bangor. Fish right outside your doorstep, licenses available online at Maine.gov/ifw/fishing.

We stayed at this lovely home to be with family during a wedding week. The owners were awesome, prompt and professional. The property was in excellent condition, air conditioning units, all linens provided. We will stay there again

We were treated to an exceptional vacation in a beautiful home. Beech Hill pond is a great spot to kick back and relax, and this rental is the top of the top. Spacious house with all the trimmings. Highly recommend, and will definitely rent again.
