Description of the Pagosa Springs vacation home rental
Caddy Circle Pagosa Springs, Co., 81147 - close to town.

This attractive house is situated on the golf course and in winter you often see deer walking around as it backs on to a open space area. The court location makes it quiet and safe with lovely walks around the golf course and lake which is very close. Ski right from the garage in winter over the golf course.
The house has a beautiful custom kitchen, granite tile and stainless steel appliances. Oak hardwood floors throughout with floor heating for ceramic and marble tiled areas. Spacious living room with 2 seating areas and French doors that open to a private deck overlooking a greenbelt with a BBQ. Expensively furnished with leather couches etc, fireplace in living room and formal dining room. 4 bedrooms with master having separate bathroom and patio. Feather down mattress covers and down comforters make beds so cosy. 2 rooms with Kingsize beds. It has a double garage and in winter you can cross country right from the house, yet it is on a made road and very close to town. You could also snow shoe for fun. The house is decorated in a cheerful Santa Fe style.
Quiet neighborhood - A lovely home!

Area Information
To get to Pagosa Springs many fly in to Albuquerque, NM, or Durango Co. airports. Also Texans often make it their vacation destination because of the majestic scenery of the snow covered mountains which circle the town.

The Hot Springs bring in people from all over the world. They are situated at the center of town in a spa setting. Hot spring water bubbles up into many ponds, each with a different temperature. The spa is right next to the river and there is nothing better than sitting in a steaming pool, in the evening and listening to the river, especially if it is snowing.

Wolf Creek has great snow and it only about 45 mins. from the house. There is also a bus service to the ski area - it is famous for its snow.

The town of Pagosa Springs is quaint and western but has all the modern facilities of a tourist destination, including a small picture theater.

Treasure falls is another area worth a visit. They are about 15 mins. from town and freeze into a solid ice fall in winter. Often you can see ice climbers on the face in winter.

If you are passing though on a longer trip you can visit Durango, Silverton, Ouray or Masa Verde and many other tourist destinations, the roads are good.

This is a scenic area and very relaxing, you will love it!
