Our Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rental is located in Palm Coast Florida, less than half an hour from St. Augustine and Daytona Beach and just an hour south of our hometown, Jacksonville, Fl. Here you'll find one of the quietest and most natural beaches remaining in Florida.
A prestigious travel site gave our condo the Top Vacation Rental Award for Palm Coast 2 years in a row.
Our Penthouse features the largest floor plan in the complex. Over 2000 square feet with an additional 400 square foot balcony (more on the balcony later).
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. (Most units only have 2 baths).
With the guidance of our professional decorator, we set out to provide a relaxing casual, coastal feel with a touch of tropical elegance as you can see in our photos.
Then there are the magnificent views that only a top-floor corner Penthouse can offer. You get an immense sensation of space with airy vaulted ceilings, Southern, Northern and Eastern exposure windows and best of all - no footsteps coming from above.
There are two master bedroom suites, each with it's own king sized bed & en suite bath. (You won't have to flip a coin to see who sleeps like a king). The 3rd bedroom is furnished with the kids in mind with a twin over full bunk plus an extra rollaway bed. There's even a game table stocked with toys and puzzles. The adjacent bath makes the 3rd bedroom seem more like a suite. All bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and their very own HDTV, DVD player and clock radio.
The spacious open floor plan means you'll almost never lose sight of the ocean. The gourmet kitchen features newer appliances and glistening granite countertops plus an abundance of quality cookware, dinnerware and utensils. And only our floor plan features a breakfast nook. This is where we end up doing our jigsaw puzzles as there are three other dining options: the breakfast bar, the dining room, and the dining table on the balcony (more on the balcony soon, I promise.)
The living room features a 46 inch HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD player and a family-sized wall-length custom-made sofa and chaise with ample comfort for everyone. Elegant and practical plantation shutters throughout let you control sunbeams and sea breezes.
Cinnamon Beach #265 also features HD Cable, free high-speed wireless internet access, AM/FM/CD Stereo with IPod dock, and cordless telephones with free Long Distance throughout the U.S. and Canada. And only our floor plan offers a full laundry room with large capacity washer & dryer, instead of a 'utility' closet' found in the smaller units.
And then there is the balcony~~ our outdoor living room. Four hundred additional square feet featuring a large dining table, loveseat, two recliners, two armchairs, ottomans and coffee table. All overlooking the amazing Atlantic and the signature Jack Nicklaus Ocean Course at Hammock Beach. Relax or dine. There's no better way to greet the day than with breakfast and a glass of fresh Florida OJ while you catch a glimpse of playful dolphins and local shrimp boats breaking the surf while just below, golfers attempt to break par. Overhead you can often spot eagles and hawks and occasionally a man-made spacecraft rocketing towards space, launched from the nearby Kennedy Space Center. Our balcony... where you can get lost in thought and nothing else seems to matter.
We've hosted scores of couples and families from all over the U.S & Canada and from all around the world, from Argentina to Australia, to Germany and the UK. Our guest book is filled with rave reviews and testimonials from our terrific guests and new found friends. Send me an email and I'll forward you our reviews.
Ready to find out more? Click on the email button or better yet, give me a call.
OUR RATES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. AND THERE ARE NO SERVICE FEES WHEN YOU CONTACT US DIRECTLY AND BOOK
So go ahead. Make yourself at home when you make this Cinnamon Beach Penthouse your vacation place. All for a lot less than you thought possible when you rent directly from the owner.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!

After renting this location we drove over 900 miles because we had never stayed at that unit before. After arrival we were intrigued and enjoyed every day while there. What a fun location and outstanding neighbors next to us. I would recommend this location to Tamil and friends. We continue our travel to the east coast because we feel that it is safe and good environment for our kids. Yes we will continue to rent location in the area if available but this one was on the top of my list. Well done and thanks again.

We have vacationed in all 48 of the continental U.S. and have never been more pleased with our accommodations. Everything was provided! We didn't need to bring beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, or beach toys. We didn't need to bring a crock pot, spices, cutlery, a potato peeler, or a can opener. We didn't need to bring children toys, games, or even a long distance calling card. The balcony was perfect for relaxing, sleeping, or eating a meal. Many of the condominiums at which I looked were two bedrooms for the price of this gorgeous and spacious three bedroom. The owner was more than hospitable. He called prior to our stay and after just to touch base and answer any questions we may have had. He made sure we knew what to see and the varying price ranges. There was no guesswork involved in any of the planning stages. The beach and pools were fantastic, and very clean! I highly recommend this condo for any size family or multiple families!

After looking at several hotels and condos, and looking at several areas on both sides of the state, I happened upon Alan's condo. Sheer luck. I am an avid reader of reviews and this seemed too good to be true. This condo is everything the reviews stated and more. The pictures do not do it justice. I cannot do it justice - it exceeded our expectations. I knew we stayed at a great place when my son, 18 years of age, stated that he and his sister wanted to return, there was plenty to do at the condo, and we really didn't have to go anywhere else. The get-away itself was wonderful. There was no such thing as boredom. The beach was beautiful, the amenities were plentiful, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the surroundings inside and out were lovely. We ate dinner on the veranda anytime the weather would allow. St. Augustine was a small trip away and we did hit Disney once. The ONLY reason I left the condo at all was because my children wanted to see a few things. This is the first time I have ever rented a condo - have always stayed in hotels before. No More!!! Alan, you have spoiled us and set the bar very high. Any other place at which we may stay will be compared to yours. You are a most gracious host and made our delayed Christmas well worth the wait. It may take a few years, but we will return.
Wonderful Stay at Cinnamon Beach!

We loved our week at Cinnamon Beach! This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. It was immaculate, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The owners thought of everything to make us feel at home. It was impeccably decorated. Comfortable, cozy beds that we miss now that we are home. Loved the kitchen! We try to avoid cooking when we are on vacation but the kitchen was so wonderful, we enjoyed using it and eating outside on the balcony. We loved that our sons had their own "wing" of the condo and everyone felt like they had their own space. There are more amenities here than we had time to enjoy in one week. Our sons enjoyed the Games Room. We liked the close proximity to St. Augustine and Daytona and day trips to those cities. We appreciated ongoing communication with the owner so there were no surprises when we arrived and we could just relax, unwind and escape winter. Thanks for a great stay. Would love to return next year (and every year).

Alan is a gracious host. From our initial contact with alan to rent the condo through the end of our vacation, Alan was always available to answer questions and provide information about the Palm Coast and surrounding communities. It was so easy working with Alan!
The condo is absolutely lovely and has just about every amenity you could ask for. The view from the balcony, the grounds and the beach were fantastic. Each day began with breakfast on the balcony. The view, gentle breeze and sound of the ocean waves rolling onto the beach drew us back each evening to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
What was extra special was that Alan knew we would be golfing every day so he ordered up wonderful weather! We played golf on a different course each day and our favorite courses were St John's just north of St Augustine and the LPGA course in Daytona. We only had time for a delightful stroll through the historic section of St Augustine and a fried shrimp dinner at O'Steens. Next time we plan on spending more time exploring St Augustine. If you venture into St Augustine or Daytona take highway A1A back for the scenic ride along the ocean. We also recommend checking out the European style village area just before taking the toll bridge to the condo. During our visit we dined in the village at the new French restaurant and on another night had Italian cuisine.

The owner provided excellent communication and service. He anticipated our needs and succeeded in making us feel welcome and made the rental process and arrival as uncomplicated as possible. The home was spacious, elegant without being stuffy, spotless, extremely well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee and tea on the huge well furnished balcony which afforded ocean views in two directions. The community pools were beautiful; the view from the oceanfront pool was fantastic. Since the weather during some of our stay was a bit cool for the beach, we went to St. Augustine for sightseeing and dining. The owners provide a wonderful binder which details information for the condo and for enjoying the area. In addition, he gave us activity suggestions by texts and emails. We highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to return again.
The internet photos just don't do the place justice. The decor is lovely but also homey and comfortable. I am truly going to miss my coffee on the deck and the great kitchen view. We were surprised by how short the walk to the beach was. It has been a lovely week at a very lovely condo. If you go to the Alligator Farm, the Zipline was a big hit with our boys.

The pictures don't do this oceanfront getaway any justice. The view from the balcony is amazing, the home itself is huge yet cozy and the amenities kept us busy. Speaking of huge, the balcony would easily accommodate 6-8 adults for dinner, drinks and socializing. The condo is a perfect blend of warm/traditional style meets modern/contemporary. You're very close to the grocery store (Publix), restaurants, beaches, fishing state parks and more. There was plenty of room for my wife, two girls and myself. We're going to rent this place again with at least 2-3 more guests because we'll all comfortably fit. The condo was very clean and neatly organized when we arrived; trust me I'm very particular when it comes this matter. It seemed to my wife and me that the owners when building, decorating and furnishing this condo, decided time after time to go the extra step with quality. I trust it paid off because we visited for almost a week and were sad when it was time to leave. I plan to return with my family and strongly recommended this condo to family and friends.

The entire condo had everything and anything you could want or need, service for 12+ so we weren't having to do dishes every single day.... lots of linens and towels, etc. The resort had a wonderful pool for our kids and we took advantage of the cafe for lunches or ice cream during our stay. Publix was right nearby so it made making our own food easy. We also enjoyed collecting seashells on the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this rental, it was one of our very favorite family vacations to date =)

This condo is a great place to spend your vacation. Perfectly decorated for a beach getaway and very clean. My wife and I did not bring the kids this time but if we did, there would have been more than enough room to spread out. Great balcony with an ocean view for group meals or just coffee in the morning. Large flat screen tv's for the down times and for DVD's. Well appointed Kitchen, Washer and dryer and a very nice master bath. Cathedral ceilings throughout that gives this condo an open airy feeling. This is an end unit, larger than most, so it has a lot of windows for a nice bright homey stay. We couldn't have stayed in a hotel room for this price and the 2 swimming pools were awesome and the beach is easily accessible and Beautiful. We will be back for sure. By the way, these reviews are real, not fakes written by the owners.

This was one of the best times my wife and I have had in 26 years of marriage. The condo was very clean and spacious. Lots of room for several family members, it was awesome to have it to ourselves. We spent time walking the beach, laying by the pool and I was able to play a couple of rounds of golf. We came down to watch some college baseball which we were able to do. The only thing that was hard to swallow was the $2.00 toll every time we crossed the toll bridge to come back to the condo. I wish I had the money to purchase a place like this, it would be a great retirement place for us.

CONDO265!!! Great family vacation!
August 15, 2015
Let me start off by saying I chose this particular condo because of Alan. I called him on his request and had an hour long conversation with him and got a really good vibe. I had many questions for him which he answered during our conversation. I had many more for him which he quickly answered by email. I've rented vacation rentals many times and always try to rent from the owners directly not a rental agency. Alan is the owner of Condo265 so he is very knowledgeable of the area and can answer any questions. The condo is a large 3 bedroom with a great view. The beds were excellent quality and the building quiet for a good nights sleep. There is a kids bunk bed room that had lots of toys and games for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots and pans, etc. The beach was beautiful (you can't beat Florida beaches )a less than 5 min. walk from the condo. The beach was very wide and not rocky at all. It had a very gradual slope perfect for young kids and still enough waves for boogie boarding. The condo also has many beach toys, beach towels and beach umbrella. The pool and clubhose are about a 5 min. walk away. There is 1 kids pool and a spray pad and across the road there is a beachside adult pool. There is a restaurant poolside with service to both pools. The clubhouse has a kids play room as well as a well equipped gym. For groceries there is a Publix close by. Also a nice Super Target a little bit farther. There are quite a few restaurants in the area. I would recommend a trip to Saint Augustine which is less than a hour away. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Alan.

Beautiful Vacation Home!
July 21, 2015
My family and my sister's family spent a memorable week at this condo! We have four kids all together with the oldest being four and the youngest 18 months old. The owner was so detailed, we had no trouble with anything. The entire process of renting from them was hassle free. I pretty much communicated with him through e-mail (which was a plus with my schedule) but he was also available through phone. Their home is furnished with everything you could need including a beach toys! If you need anything else, there is a grocery store minutes away. I would definitely suggest working directly with the owners. They did not charge us some of the fees that a property manager might charge, saving you several hundred dollars! You also get to see one of the ponds/lakes in the property and the pretty Spanish tiled roofs on the neighboring buildings. The condo was beautifully decorated and you have a view of the ocean from the dining room table, kitchen and breakfast nook table. Plenty of place for everyone to eat and sit down! The kitchen with granite counter tops was so spacious and convenient with all the things you need for cooking while on a beach vacation. The king size beds in each of the two main bedroom was also a plus for two families sharing the condo. No couple had to sleep in a smaller bed! We also enjoyed the view from the patio. The sunsets are amazing! I even had fun watching a storm roll in one afternoon! So many things to do with so little time but everyone had a great time! We will definitely come back as soon as we can!
