This spacious 300 plan is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the North side of the Monterey Country Club. Traditionally decorated throughout, this lovely vacation home has two bedrooms and a cozy den with sofa bed.

The great room has stunning southern mountain views from the wall to wall windows and lots of comfortable seating surrounds the flat screen cable TV and gas fireplace.

The dining area seats six and there is a beautiful atrium off the dining area that brings in additional light to this sunny home.

The kitchen is very well stocked and appointed and has a kitchen table that seats four, perfect for casual meals or visiting with the family chef. A gas BBQ is located conveniently just outside the sliding doors.

The back patio on this vacation home is amazing! The extended patio overlooks the East 2nd fairway and sits between a lake with fountain and a sand trap which offers a bit of entertainment, and just beyond are stunning panoramic views of the Southern Mountain range. The patio is furnished with a dining table that seat four, a sitting area, two chaise lounges and a couple of umbrellas … all quality furnishings.

There is a cozy little den. Typically a bedroom in this floor plan, but the owners have purposed the room as a den/office. There is a queen size sofa bed that can be used by the occasional guest or child and this room has a door that can be closed for sleeping privacy. The built-in desk is perfect for your lap top and “taking care of business.”

The master suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed and has a small flat screen cable TV. The en-suite has his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable queen size bed.

This lovely vacation home offers free U.S. and Canada calling and has Wi-Fi. It is located one building away from a pool and spa, heated in the winter months and is close to the clubhouse. The owner will consider a small dog but pre-approval is necessary as well as a pet fee, so please inquire first.

NOTE: The owner has a golf cart in the garage, so there is room for one car inside the garage and two in the driveway. The golf cart cannot be used by guests.
