Our condo is an Ocean front, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom corner unit located on the 6th floor of Twin Palms resort. It has an open floor plan: the kitchen opens into the large living room with the dining area. Fully equipped kitchen has granite bar top and countertops.
There are two spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has the King size bed and is facing the Ocean, it has access to the balcony. Second bedroom is furnished with the Queen size bed and Twin-over-Double bunk style bed. Plus there is a queen size sleeper-sofa and roll-out twin size bed (available upon request). There are 2 full bathrooms in this condo.
Both living room and Master bedroom have access to gorgeous over-sized curved balcony overlooking the white sandy beach and the turquoise Gulf waters.
The entertainment package we offer includes Xfinity digital cable service with On Demand movies (available in HD), network connected BlueRay DVD player. We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet connection and we stock a few dozen DVD movies for your enjoyment.
The Twin Palms Resort is located at the East end of Panama City Beach, where the Front Beach Road meets Thomas Drive. It has outside pool, outside heated Jacuzzi, inside heated pool, sauna, steam room, and exercise room. There is a nice picnic area on the Ocean side with 2 gas grills for you to use.
Our condo is on the 6th floor (the first 3 floors are designated for parking garage, i.e., the parking is below the building) - no long walks from the condo to the parking garage across the street (as in many other resorts). Also, there are just 5 units per floor (18 living floors total) with 3 elevators serving the building, which translates into the best unit-to-elevator ratio among all Gulf front high-rises in the area. Therefore - the elevator waiting time is much shorter.
The condo total square footage is about 1184 sq.ft.

“Beautiful condo...but lacks luxury”
The condo is beautiful. It’s decorated in thoughtful earth tones and is situated right on the beach. But, I wish I could go home early. Why? 1. Housekeeping was still in the room when we arrived at 3:53pm with a check-in time of 4:00pm. They had 35 minutes left of work to do. 2. We had no toilet paper other than what was already on the roll. 3. We had no detergent for the washer/dryer. 4. We had no trash bags. 5. We had nothing to clean the bathtubs with. 6. The sofa bed mattress appeared to be 20 years-old. And I’m sure it felt like it. 7. The old sofa bed broke when my mother attempted to retract it, causing us to lose three seats in the living area for an entire day. The sofa bed was repaired the next day, but we didn’t want to take a chance and use it again. 8. The bedding is old, scratchy and stiff. The sofa bed bedding was old, scratchy, stiff and stained beyond washing. 9. The towels were all mismatched, scratchy, old and also stained. 10. I informed the owner of the unit that there would be 9 occupants. We had a total of 2 wash clothes in the unit. The house keeping staff corrected this faux pas by bringing us 3 more. 11. The washing machine took a minimum of 2 hours to clean our clothes as it took 45 minutes each cycle to fill with water. I cannot wait to get out of this place back to my soft, stain-free, sheets and fluffy comforter. The only reason I’m still here is because Panama City beach is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve visited. But, please, do not rent this unit until the owners upgrade it and make it the experience that it should be.
Owner's reply: I apologise that condo was not ready by 4pm. Yes, it was the busiest spring break changeover day and our housekeeping team was a little bit late. About sofa: we bought it one year ago and the sofa was broken during those guests stay. We had to order a repair service and have a written confirmation that it was broken due to negligence of these guests. If you expect changing towels, linnens, have housekeeping service every day you have to book a hotel, not condo as we only provide initial supply of toilet paper, trash bags and soap. You have to buy those things yourself during your stay. We also do not provide fresh towels every day (as it is not a hotel). Those guests left place extremely dirty and damaged most of the towels and linnens. After all this guest used offensive and inappropriate language to communicate (we have such messages from this guest in our communication on TripAdvisor web site). We do not appreciate it at all.
