The large wrap around balcony is a special feature to enjoy some alone time or to entertain guests and family. Located on the 20th floor of the East Tower of Calypso Resort and Towers, 2009E is a beach front condo gracefully decorated in hues of blue and sea glass accentuating the spacious floor plan of this 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. 2009E is equipped with all the modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and both bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens; and a private balcony illuminating the breath-taking views from both the master suite and main living area.

The living area is spacious with custom furnishings, as well as providing modern amenities like a flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a perfect size dining table.

SPOILED FROM RENTING FROM ANYONE ELSE!!!

We had a lovely time at Calypso 2009. Your family was very efficient and responsive. The condo was well-equipped and clean. All the technology worked. I love that particular floor plan. We could have used cabinet space for food staples - it appeared the owners use the pantry for their storage. I would have reorganized had we been there longer. I was worried about being on the 20th floor but the view was fabulous, we could hear the waves and we were above the din of the lower floors. As you may know, our kids stayed in 502 and we had a great time together. We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing vacation. The most difficult decision was "should we do the beach or the pool today". You have spoiled us from renting from anyone else. I'm sure we'll be back (if my health holds). Perhaps with my sister, Carla Miller.~Barb L.

WONDERFULLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!
We had a great time staying in the condo. It was exactly as advertised in the description and photos. It was clean, in excellent shape, and had all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils we needed. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. The location is convenient with easy access to everything one could require. The beach was spectacular and the water amazing.

Danielle––working with you was a dream. You answered every email quicker than I expected, with a smile in your tone, and a professionalism I truly appreciated.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT YOUR CONDO

We had a wonderful time staying at your condo. Everything we needed was there and the condo was very clean. We found a charger for a camcorder or camera in the top nightstand drawer. It wasn't ours so I assume it belonged to an earlier guest. We left it in that drawer so it could hopefully be returned. Thanks for checking back with us. Very thoughtful. MUST STAY!

A must stay!!!! What a fabulous, relaxing vacation we had! From the moment we walked into this beautifully decorated, large corner unit with windows all around for gorgeous views of the Gulf and what fabulous sunsets!! TOP OF THE WORLD CONDO!

My wife and I absolutely loved this condo! Gorgeous views of the gulf, beach, and pools from the unit and from the wrap-around balcony, featuring chairs and tables for day and evening enjoyment. Master BR looks out over the gulf and through a sliding glass door connects to the balcony too. Sunsets on the water every night! Inside, it’s newly decorated (Spring 2015), spacious, very clean, and has all the amenities one expects from a high-end condo (at a much lower price!). Modern kitchen, with all appliances, and all the place settings, utensils, and glassware to cook and eat meals. The free beach service was great too! And Calypso is a 5-minute walk from Pier Park and the fishing pier as well. And the management folks (Danielle and Jan) were so helpful; they answered all of our questions, and returned our deposit within a week! We will be down again just as soon as we can! ~ Jeff H.

GREAT UNIT--EXCELLENT SERVICE--AMAZING LOCATION! BOOK THIS UNIT WITH CONFIDENCE!!

First let me say that the rental company (White Sands & Gulf Breeze Rental) were outstanding! They were extremely informative, had great communication with us and were always a phone call away if I had any concerns. My deposit was returned in a matter of days as well--These are the kind of people you want to deal with. Absolutely one of the best beach vacations we have ever taken and we are frequent beach goers! The unit was modern, clean and user friendly. It offered modern décor/furnishings, amazing views, and was extremely clean. You can couple this with the fact that it is extremely spacious and functional. The bonus of the beach chairs is invaluable to your trip as well--We really enjoyed this service. The pools were great and offered sun the entire day. The ocean and beach chairs were great as well! The location cannot be beat—The proximity to Pier Park is priceless (This place has everything you need—We only drove twice during the trip). As I stated earlier we are frequent beach goers and avid travelers. I can say with confidence that you will not be disappointed w/ choosing this unit and Calypso for your stay!! AMAZING!!!

Me and my sister just got back yesterday from our stay in this unit! It was AMAZING!!! It was exactly what the pictures show! Very clean and well maintained! Loved having an end unit no where near the elevator so you were not kept up all night by people in the hall. We also loved the wrap around balcony! Just beautiful views! I also loved the location of this condo because right down the street, with in walking distance, was a beautiful pier as well as pier park with lots of great shopping and some wonderful restaraunts including margaritaviile! There was also a place with some small rides for the kids there! Overall we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this unit to anyone! I also loved working with Danielle, Dave and Jan! They were very easy to work with and always available by phone whenever I called! I am already looking at dates for next year to go back and will hopefully be staying here again! ~ Kelly L.

Absolutely wonderful condo! Upon our arrival, the condo was very clean and well maintained. The checkin process was excellent - called for the codes and had reserved parking as promised. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How close is this unit to Pier Park and Frank Brown Athletic Park?
A: This unit is at Calypso, so Pier Park is right across the street! No car is necessary…you can simply walk. Calypso is the only condo resort within walking distance to Pier Park. And Frank Brown Athletic Park is just a mile away. (You can walk there too if you’re looking for a little exercise.)
Q: Do you have 7-night minimums for peak spring and summer seasons, as are common in this area?
A: During the peak seasons (spring break and summer) we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday unless the unit is still available about 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Sometimes we have special exceptions going on, so it's worth emailing an inquiry. The 3-night minimum still applies throughout the year.
Q: Do you have special stipulations for holidays?
A: Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends might require a 4-night minimum. Thanksgiving and Christmas stays might be at the October rate. Please inquire for rates and minimums.
Q: Do you have age restrictions for your rental guests?
A: Yes. Rentals are only made to responsible adults who meet our age and occupancy requirements. We do not rent to vacationing students. (Spring breaking students who are traveling without their parents will have better luck looking for something on the east end of the beach.)
Q: Do you have special rates for snowbirds who would like to extend their stays into March?
A: Yes. For our snowbirds we have an Extended Snowbird Season that goes until the second Saturday in March. After that, in most cases, we offer an Adjusted Snowbird Rate for dates that lead up to the peak Spring Break Season (usually the last week or last two weeks of March). Please inquire for exact snowbird rates in March.
Q: Do you let snowbirds have the first right of refusal for the following winter season?
A: Yes. Once you stay with us, the unit is yours for the following season(s) until you decide otherwise. For those who wish stay just one month of the season, we are still able to accommodate you, and will coordinate your reservation with another snowbird wishing to stay for just one month in a different part of the winter season. Please inquire for full details about our snowbird program.
Q: Are you new to TripAdvisor/Vacation Home Rentals?
A: Yes. We are new to TripAdvisor/VacationHomeRentals beginning in March of 2016, but we started with our first vacation rental property in 2006. For the past 10 years we have had all our properties listed on a competitor’s well-known ‘vacation rental by owner’ site, but in February 2016 that site began charging travelers a pretty hefty service fee just for using the site. We thought this was unfair to travelers because owners already pay an annual fee to list each property on the site. So in March of 2016 we decided to list our properties with TripAdvisor/VacationHomeRentals, where we pay an annual fee for each property, and the site is still free for travelers to use - as we believe it should be.
Q: How do I know you are a legitimate property management company?
A: As noted in the answer above, we began listing our properties in 2006 on another well-known site for vacation rentals by owner. The information on that site confirms we have been with them since 2006, and if you would like to read our reviews on that site, just let me know, and I will be happy to provide you with the web addresses for our properties. Also, as a way of protecting our guests from any type of scams at the hands of fraudsters pretending to be us, we have several safety measures in place: 1) We do all of our bookings over the phone, and the only number we use for this process is the phone number listed on this site. We do not set up or take reservations via email or any other form of contact other than directly speaking with you in a phone conversation. 2) We will never ask you to send any funds via a wire transfer (i.e. Western Union, etc.). This is a method of payment that is untraceable, and it’s why fraudsters like to use it. 3) The only address we will ever ask you to mail anything to is our PO Box here in Panama City Beach. This address is PO Box 7021, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. (We’re a family-run business, so my mother is the one who always picks up the mail, and the postal employees there know her by name). One of our top priorities is making sure that our guests are protected and interacting only with us. If any of these safety measures are not being followed, then it’s someone pretending to be us. We encourage anyone to report fraudsters to TripAdvisor and also at the site they suggest in their own FAQ’s.
Q: Do you charge for parking or a “resort use fee” to use the pool or beach? Do you have any other hidden fees?
A: No. We do not charge for parking or for resort use, and we have no hidden or extra fees. We only charge for the rental, cleaning and taxes. The rate we quote you is the full and final price. Plain and simple and straight forward.
