Our condo is ideal for two families. it offers 2 gulf front master suites, each has a king size bed and own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a bunk area and an additional bathroom. This the only floor plan like it in the building. It will accommodate 10 people comfortably.
Our condominium is like a home on the beach. It has over 40' of beach front balcony, 10' ceilings, large pantry, full size side by side washer and dryer, plenty of closets, electric grill on the balcony, a 42' plasma TV in the living room, plasma TV's in all the bedrooms, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV and HBO, 4 DVD players, granite counter tops in kitchen, double vanities in all 3 bathrooms. It is located on a low floor, fully furnished and professionally decorated.
Sterling Breeze amenities include a gulf-front overflow edge pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool side internet cafe & wine bar, and covered parking. Sterling Breeze is located less than 1/4 of a mile from Pier Park, featuring popular restaurants, amusements and shopping. Also it's less than a mile from Frank Brown Park, PCB's premier recreational park.
Our guests will receive, free high speed internet access and free local and long distance telephone.
All rates are subject to a 13% tax and cleaning fee.

We were very pleased with the condo - was exactly as advertised - nice location - owner promptly responded to requests and questions - would recommend and would stay again.
Raul made the whole rental process so easy! He was great to work with! The condo was beautiful and well equipped. It was over sized and very spacious! The convenience to the beach was the best ever.
This was our 3rd year to spend a month in Panama City Beach. I spent many hours researching accommodations on the internet and decided on this condo after spending 2 years at another. We could not have been happier with this condo at Sterling Breeze!!! I don't particularly like height nor elevators and this location on the 2nd floor was perfect!! In addition, we found that the floor plan was great as both master bedrooms not only have a great view of the gulf, but also sliding glass doors out to the balconies!! The furnishings were up to date and comfortable. Everything worked as intended and we had a great experience working with the owner!! It's a great location and just the right size building. Also both the pool and hot tub were heated and in good repair. Finally, the staff down at the desk was always pleasant and we will certainly be back!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, it is bitter sweet to be leaving this beautiful condo...we have been here for over 6 weeks and have booked again for next year....this home away from home is very well maintained..clean, lots of room, beds are so comfortable...clean linens....well stocked kitchen...everything you need to make your stay enjoyable....we have 2 adult children who came to visit with their families...so much room for all of us as our youngest daughter just had twins 7 months ago...she ended up staying for a month instead of 2 weeks and we loved it...no one was under foot......what I loved about the unit also was the separate queen bedroom and bunk room with bathroom as out oldest Grandson is 8yrs and he could go and be by himself ...it is like a little in law suite..king bedrooms are huge with 2 balconies...the owner is great to work with...he is only a call away and makes sure thing are done quickly if needed....can't wait for our return winter vacation. :)
This place was really nice and it was huge. Well furnished with everything you need and Plenty of room for three couples and the fact that we all had our our private bathrooms was great. The location is perfect as well as you can easily walk to Pier Park, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Pizza places and the Winn Dixie was very close too. The beach was incredibly clean. Raul the owner is great to deal with. We will likely be back.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Sterling Breeze and this unit was the perfect place to stay. No need to use the elevator & wait in those ridiculous lines, same level as the parking deck & so easy to take stairs one flight down to get to beach. Excellent! Great layout too, we had 3 teenagers, my husband & I and my parents. 2 master suites was so nice! My oldest teen had her own room which was great too! I was a little worried about the view, being on the 2nd floor, but it was a beautiful view. So close to Pier Park, went over several times - 5 minutes even with traffic, very important with 3 teenage daughters. Close to lots of great restaurants & grocery stores. The owner was so easy & great to work with also! Answered all my questions very quickly. Checked in with us once we arrived to make sure all was ok! All of us want to stay in this unit each year when we come back. Can't wait for next year! Thank you so much for everything! Great vacation!
Second time we at this condo. Everything was just like the pictures said it was. Raul is very easy to work with. Plenty of room in the condo. Easy access in the condo no riding the elevator. Will be back next year for sure
Our family vacation was one of the best we have had while staying at this condo! The two master bedrooms make it wonderful for 2 families and the extra bedroom and bunks are perfect for kids or even more adults in the bedroom. And being on the second floor which is the floor of the parking deck is great. Everything was wonderful! And the owner was amazing to deal with! Will definitely try staying here again!
Unit 201 was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults, 3 teenage girls, one infant and had plenty of room! The main thing we LOVED about this unit was the LOCATION-PERFECT. Did not have to use the very busy elevator all week- especially move in/move out day!!!! Also, we all loved that it was within walking distance to Pier Park-walked there every night.
