The Space

This newly listed condo has just undergone a complete renovation and the results are fantastic. Come and experience this oceanfront retreat for yourself. The arched ceiling with huge windows allows sunlight to flood the living area making a wonderful, open space. The condo sleeps up to 5, with one queen bed in the main bedroom, a full and a twin in the upstairs loft, and a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge area.

You can dine on locally purchased seafood, freshly prepared in your fully stocked kitchen and enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a cocktail, on your private balcony.

The living area and main bedroom both have flat screen TVs.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located across the hall.

The Condo is conveniently located on Front Beach Road, only a quarter mile from Pier Park, Northwest Florida’s premier shopping center and entertainment hub located in the heart of this beach-side city. This mecca offers numerous dining options including Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dick's Last Resort, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville or Pompano Joe's Seafood, + 124 stores, attractions, events and more. Venture across the street for Baked Oysters and Beers at Shuckums Oyster Bar, Mexican at Diego’s Burrito Factory, Gulf World Marine Park or Miracle Strip Amusement Park, and it's just a short walk to the Wal-Mart or Target for supplies.

Getting Around

Most restaurants and attractions are within walking distance but there is also a Trolley if you would like to explore further. Golf carts, scooters, and bikes can be hired on a daily basis from stores close by.

- CLEANING FEE of $95 is payable on all stays regardless of length. (No daily housekeeping)
- This property has an age limit of 25 years. (Renter 25 yrs to be staying in property entire time.) Families are most welcome. Married couples under 25 just ask. Children 'Under 5 years of age' may be accepted depending on circumstances as stairs will be a hazard and liability.
- Sorry, strictly NO PET POLICY in complex and condo.
- Strictly NON-SMOKING. Smoking or Pets in the condo will result in LOSS of DEPOSIT for extra cleaning.
- PARKING is free (obtain parking pass from office upon arrival) but the complex parking lot is fairly small and is on a first come basis. During the off season there is plenty of parking but during the peak season spaces are limited.
- Please note: There is NO LIFT, the condo is accessed via a half flight of stairs from car park to the office then up 1 flight of stairs to condo.
- WiFi is accessed currently via a WiFi extender, relaying signal from the management office's network and if any problems with condo reception WiFi is available in the lobby. WiFi is dependent on complex signal and not guaranteed to condo.
- Please Note: Prices & Minimum Stay Requirements below are general seasonal guides - click "Check Availability" and select desired dates for exact rental pricing and minimum stay requirements.
- Condo is Open Plan - Loft area is open to lounge area and no door on main bedroom through to kitchen. STAIRS to loft are steep and CAUTION needed with children …and also adults. Building is older and needs some work but don't let that deter you from this fantastic condo.
- For your convenience we will supply the essentials for a comfortable stay. The condo will be stocked with luxury bath towels and linen when you arrive. Please do not remove bath towels (do not take to the beach), some BEACH TOWELS are supplied or bring your own. DO NOT USE LINEN EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN COMPLEX.
- We start you out with an initial supply of items like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply "refills" of these items, laundry detergent or charcoal for the outdoor grills. Please bring these items with you or purchase them. All items are inventoried before and after each stay to ensure quantity and quality. Please be respectful of the items we provide (i.e.: towels, etc) and make sure they remain in the unit and are accounted for at the end of your stay so that the next guests will be assured a wonderful holiday also.
- Please do not leave doors open while air conditioning is on or have the unit set below 72 degrees as the AC unit will freeze up.
- Please clean/rinse sand off beach chairs and beach items before returning to condo. No sandy feet in the condo, wet swimmers, clothes or Henna tattoos on the furniture.
- Please remember you are guests in this beach front condominium. We work hard to provide you with a wonderful place to stay. Please respect the condo.
