Great Location

August 23, 2014

This house had a wonderful location. Central to everything in Panama City Beach. The water breaker pops while you are showering and the beds are very uncomfortable. But, there was a lot of space for 10 people, great kitchenette supplies, amazing air conditioning and was very homey. Overall, great experience to the money.

Spring Break 2014

April 7, 2014

The unit was just as described. The managers were very easy to work with and provided a great deal of planning information before our arrival. The bedrooms were roomy and well maintained. The amenities such as tableware and cooking utensils were plentiful. The location on the 4th floor was especially useful in that there was no need to wait on the elevators for making trips to the beach or parking garage. The teenagers found the close proximity to Pier Park to be a tremendous advantage such that they could easily walk to the park at any time. The only negative was with the Tidewater Condo premises and that had to deal with the availability of elevators. Since it was Spring Break and a large number of guests, if you wanted to use an elevator more often than not it was at least a 7 to 10 minute wait. The premises were well maintained and security was evident at all times. Even with it being Spring Break there was not much excess noise or bad behavior. A great place to take both teens and younger children on Spring Break.

Owner's reply:

Hello Maude Family,

Thank you very much for the nice review. We are glad you enjoyed your time in PCB and especially our condo at Tidewater. We were also in PCB this same week and the weather was nice. A little cool in the evenings but nice during the day with a little rain at the end of the week. Let us know when you are ready to come back and we will take care of you. Thanks again!!

Luxury condo in PCB

March 28, 2011

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the perfect condo for our spring break vacation. The owners have furnished it beautifully, and the views are awesome. We loved the very tall ceilings, the beds were super comfy, the balcony is huge, and the couch and recliners were perfect at the end of the day. We had friends come over while we were there and all of them said it was MUCH nicer than the condos they had rented--for about the same price! The hot tub was great (although it was drained twice due to maintenance while we were there). While there is convenient parking in the building, I suggest parking in the garage across Front Beach during spring break, because the traffic on Front Beach can be horrific. Parking in the garage allows a quick exit to a route away from the insanity, and there's even an elevated walkway to get you there from the building so you don't have to walk through traffic. The property management runs a tight ship, and even post weekly "eviction reports" in the elevators, which puts young partiers on notice. The rules are more strict than other properties in the area, but that made for an impressively quiet, safe experience. I highly recommend this condo and Ocean Villa for any families with young children or responsible 20somethings. This is THE condo I will stay in ANYTIME I am in PCB.

I disapprove of this place because they don't allow people under 25. Thank you.
