This luxurious modern estate incorporates award-winning design elements intended to emphasize the native landscape all while offering a serene retreat for guests and visitors. Main house is 3,180 sq. ft., guest house is 474 sq. ft.

This spacious one-story home has a circular drive out front, an open floor plan, high ceilings, wide windows, skylights inside. Polished river rock mosaic-granite kitchen counters and island accentuate shades of juniper. Maple cabinets brighten the kitchen with hues of desert sand. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances, including a trash compactor.

Reclaimed, multi-tone hardwood floors in the living room, White quartz and saltillo tiles, featured in bathroom and hallway areas.

The enormous back yard features a twenty-five meter, two-lane lap pool, with chiller and heater. Backyard also features xeriscaping, five-burner propane grill, covered dining area, hammock, small herb garden, rock garden and grove of five citrus trees.

Living room features a pool table, ping pong table is located in garage. The home has a split floor plan, with five bedrooms and three full baths: three bdrms. on the N. side of home, 4th bdrm. on the S. side, 5th bdrm on the front E. side. Master bdrm has a large walk in closet off the bath & smaller walk in closet in the bdrm.

The detached guest casita has an additional bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchenette and living room.

Arrival instruction are sent after completing online Renter Data Form including information about occupancy and vehicles required by the HOA. You will receive a personal property access code after 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival when you call our Arrival Line (number provided in arrival instructions email). For the safety and privacy of current renters, you will not be given the home\'s access code or exact address until the afternoon of your arrival. You will be given the location of the homes nearest cross streets, generally within 500 feet of the physical location of the home.

Our standard departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on occupancy and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. Early arrival & or late departure fees apply.

Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices.

*Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.

*Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord\'s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

*All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal.

*Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $65

*All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, there is a $50 charge.

*Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.

*Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

*Standard rates include up to 8 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 8 will incur and additional occupancy charge of $30 per person, per night.

* This property complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals.
