Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The nightly booking fee includes up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. As an effort to keep our rate low, we price the base of the home low, and charge more for extra people. This is done specifically to keep our rates low. Please let us know. There is a $35 fee per each additional guest (after 8 guests), no matter what the age of the guest.

All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), kuerig coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot and Instant Pot (if requested).

Kitchen:

Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided unless left by previous guests (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

House Supplies:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, and laundry soap.

Other Items:

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
