This apartment is situated on the 5th floor

HALLWAY

Entrance to the apartment leads on to an impressive, grey hallway, with side table, paintings, a screen and large bookcase. There are patterned rugs, chairs and a writing desk as well.

KITCHEN

On the right-hand side of the entrance hall, is the kitchen, with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need during your stay, as well as the washing machine for convenience.

LIVING ROOM

Around the curve of the corridor, to the spacious, bright living area. With a large leather sofa, an armchair. a coffee table and rug, there are French doors at the back of the room, out on to a small balcony. There is a beautiful fireplace, with a mirror above and a television and host plants in the corner of the room. By the door, is a small dining table and chairs. This room also has an original feature ceiling rose and gorgeous cornicing, as well as Parquet flooring.

FIRST BEDROOM

This bedroom has a comfortable double bed, with a large white wardrobe. The room also has bedside tables with lamps. There is also an en suite bathroom.

EN SUITE

This en suite bathroom has a large mirror and is tiled throughout. There is a basin and a bath, with handheld shower. Just outside of the bedroom, is a separate WC.

BATHROOM

There is a shower room, tiled in navy blue tiles, with a WC, basin and shower.

SECOND BEDROOM

This room is lovely and light, with a classic Juliette balcony. There is a large sofa bed, which can be a double bed, to sleep 2 guests. With lovely artwork on the walls, there is a bookcase, a desk with chair and various sculptures.

THIRD BEDROOM

This bedroom is spacious and bright, with a double bed, desk, chairs, lamps and patterned rugs on the floor.
