The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with stairs up to the entrance.

KITCHEN

The apartment opens on to the kitchen, which offers a modernist aesthetic, in cream and black. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay. This leads through to the living areas.

LIVING & DINING ROOM

The open plan living and dining space is spacious, complete with traditional cornicing details and contemporary furnishings. The seating comprises a large corner sofa, armchairs and a fireplace. The room boasts a unique feature of coloured lighting which can illuminate the room. There is also a projector for watching films and captivating artworks around the room.

There is also a dining table for relaxing dinners with family and friends.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. There is plenty of natural light in this room.

EN SUITE BATHROOM

The en suite bathroom includes a large bath, with steps up to it. There is also an overhead shower, basin and mirror.

SECOND BEDROOM

This room includes a Murphy (double) bed, which can descend from the wall when needed. There is also an impressive organ here, for the musically gifted.

BATHROOM

(by entrance) The bathroom offers a circular basin, as well as a walk-in shower, tiled in black.

THIRD BEDROOM

The third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, with grey accent wall behind, as well as accompanying artwork. This room also comprises a wooden piano.

There is a separate WC and basin for convenience.

No smoking, pets or parties! Please be aware that this apartment is on the second floor of the building with no elevator. Guests with allergies please note - a dog usually lives here but will not be present during stays. The home is cleaned before and after each stay.
