This Park City Newpark Terrace 26 condominium, built in 2014, is located in the heart of the Newpark / Redstone area in Kimball Junction. It offers 1,250 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests.

You'll find the master bedroom offers a king size bed and a full bathroom completely with a large soaking tub-shower combination. The dual sinks are surrounded by granite countertops and will give you a sense of luxury. Step out onto the deck and you'll love the hot tub where you can take a soothing soak while enjoying the views.

The second bedroom, on the upper (main) level, also offers a king bed and its bathroom has a soothing tile shower and granite countertops, with an adjoining shared half bath.

Both of these bedrooms have Smart TVs for your enjoyment. For additional sleeping accommodations, the sofa in the living room is a memory foam equipped sofa-sleeper.
