Description of the Park City vacation condo rental
You may never want to leave! This well maintained condo has amazing views and location. The owners are well traveled and have often stayed in condos in their travels. Due to this great thought has been put into furnishing the rental and providing for the optimal comfort and convenience of our guests! Comfortable beds, extra pillows, well stocked kitchen, games and cards, smart tv with sound bar, convenient full sized washer/dryer, attached garage with ski/board racks and heated boot dryer.

You will love the location as much as we do. Easy access to highway 80 and 224. Endless retail, entertainment, nightlife and dining options are just a quick walk outside your door in Redstone Center. All made even better by the free bus stop just around the corner. All the definition of convenience! Enjoy a beverage on the deck as you take in the view or watch the jumpers on the ski jump across the street at Utah Olympic Park! Plus you are only 5-10 minutes away from 3 excellent ski slopes (Canyons, Park City & Deer Valley) and historic downtown Park City. Endless non-winter activities surround the area as well. Hiking, climbing, biking, fishing, horseback riding, golf and spas are just a few of the activities readily available. Should you chose to spend the day exploring the sights in Salt Lake City it is an easy 30 minute drive away, including the SLC Airport.

The three bedrooms are set up with comfortable beds and bedding. Configuration is King, Queen and 2 Twin beds with a pull out trundle. In addition, the living room has a Full Sleeper Sofa. If you need to sleep 10 people an optional blow up Twin air mattress is also available. Extra bedding, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for your comfort. Master bath has a separate toilet area, glass shower, jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks and large walk in closet. Hall bathroom is well appointed with a tub/shower combination.

Grab a comfy soft lap blanket and enjoy a night in front of the fireplace while watching a movie on the flat screen tv with surround sound. Although you may want to enjoy the views from the windows at the same time!

The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you might need to enjoy meals at home. Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space are available, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, quality coffee maker, popcorn maker, rice cooker, and ice dispenser. Plenty of seating is available at the kitchen table and counter to enjoy group meals or a quick snack. Reusable grocery bags are also provided for your use.

While you can definitely get around easily without a car should you have vehicles you will enjoy the attached one car garage with indoor access to the condo. Also available are 2 parking passes for street parking.

To add to the conveniences of home, WIFI is provided and a full sized washer & dryer are available for your use.
Area Information
Our condo is located in the Kimball Junction area. This area is fantastic due to its location near the ski slopes, shopping/dining/entertainment, Olympic Center and the Nature Reserve. We love the area!

We stayed in the condo while attending an event at the Utah Olympic Park, and could not have been happier with our experience. The condo was (barely) 5 minutes from the park, and within walking distance (2-5 minutes) from restaurants, bars, and a Whole Foods market. We cooked dinner one evening, and the kitchen was incredibly well-appointed and enjoyable to use; the open floor plan and ample seating also made it easy for our large group to sit comfortably in the same space. And the beds! So cozy and warm, even without the extra duvets and blankets available for use. This event will likely occur annually for our group, and we plan to reserve the condo again in the future!

This condo is a great location for exploring all that the Park City area has to offer. You can easily walk to the bus stop, Whole Foods is right next door, and the space is quite accommodating, even for a larger group like we had! We were in town for an event at the Utah Olympic Park and it was incredibly convenient for everyone, but would be fine for someone wanting to explore Old Town as well with the bus system so close by.

I am over the moon with out stay at the condo! Our stay in the Park City area revolved around an event we were producing at the Utah Olympic Park which is literally right across the street! The view from the porch was the Utah Olympic Park and there's even a community trail that lead you up there that starts in front of the condo! Not to mention, the condo is next to multiple shopping areas which made it easy to hop over to a pub for happy hour, stop in to the grocery store for dinner essentials or pick up a piece of clothing we left behind. The location was perfect but the condo itself was the cherry on top - impeccably clean, furnished in local art and comfortable for all in our party. The space is laid out well as to provide private sleeping spaces and open communal areas. The private garage allowed us to have a large space to layout our event materials, re-organize and keep safe during the trip. Sue was a dream to work with - responding to our questions within minutes via email or text. I look forward to staying here each time I come to the area! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I enjoyed my stay. The condo is roomy, clean & convenient to ski resorts, shopping, restaurants & entertainment. I found the instructions for use of the TV & appliances helpful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with towels & necessary appliances. The free public transportation is a real bonus. I would like to use this same condo again to take advantage of fly fishing & hiking.

We loved staying at your place near the Canyons. It was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub after a long day of snowboarding was an added bonus! It's a perfect location, as it's only a 5-minute drive to the Canyons' Cabriolet, but is located within the Redstone shopping center, where you can walk to all the shopping and restaurants you could want. Thank you for making our trip so great!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Roomy, comfortable, and close to Whole Foods and other shopping. Sue was extremely pleasant to deal with, and any possible questions we could have had were already answered in the binder provided for us. All in all, a great experience.

That is a lovely house, clean, warm, convenient to the Park City resorts, just next to shopping center and restaurants. We had a very good weekend.

Just got back from a week stay at this property. The owners were very responsive and made the reservation process quick and easy. The condo is exactly as pictured: clean, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked. The beds were exceptionally comfortable (best sheets ever!). All the furniture and appliances seem brand new. The owners truly have thought of everything (including make-up wipes and hair dryers) and left very clear instructions throughout the condo for how to use the various amenities like the amazing TV/sound system and the European coffee maker. The attached garage is great as are the boot warmers in the utility room. The only thing that we could think of that would have been nice to have are some humidifiers (we are from New York and air in Utah is very dry).

The location can't be beat...the condo is right next to the Redstone shopping complex. Whole Foods, a supermarket, ski shop, restaurants, shopping, Urgent Care, and more are just a quick 5 minute walk away (be sure to try the Shabu restaurant!). The Park City ski resort is less than 10 minutes away and Deer Valley about 15. The Olympic Park is right across the street (and worth a visit on a "down" day).

I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to my friends and family and hope to visit again next year! Thank you for a great vacation!

A: Yes, we are very short walk from restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, bowling alley, gyms, coffee shops and shopping. Just minutes down the road is the Outlet Center.
Q: Is parking close by?
A: We have an attached 1 car garage (lovely in the winter)! In addition, 2 parking passes are provided for street parking just in front of our condo.

A: One of the best treats about Park City is the free bus. Very clean, prompt and user friendly. The bus stop is an easy 3 minute walk from the condo door. This bus travels regularly to the 3 Park City area ski resorts, Main Street, Outlet Mall and many other locations in Park City.
