Description from owner

Spectacular scenery in a memorable location. A short 45 minute drive from the state capital — but a world away from the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City — lies Park City, an inviting locale, with outdoor activities the whole family will relish. During the cold months take advantage of the winter sports this ski destination has to offer. Then, as snow-covered slopes give way to cool mountain breezes, enjoy incredible hiking and mountain biking adventures, through wooded trails and wildflower-covered hillsides. The region is water recreation headquarters, offering delights from sailing and paddle boarding to fly fishing and river rafting. Browse through galleries full of artwork, jewelry and sculpture by local artists, take a city ghost tour or stroll Park Silly Sunday Market. From dawn to dusk you’ll find plenty to keep you busy.

Things to See and Do

Park City, Utah, where history and outdoor adventure unite to create the perfect year-round vacation destination. Almost completely surrounded by mountains, the scenic community of Park City is far more than a ski town. During the winter you’ll find incredible sports opportunities at three world-class skiing and snowboarding resorts - Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Canyons. Try tubing, snowmobiling or take a sleigh ride. In the summer months the slopes turn into the best mountain biking and hiking hills around. Old Town is a lively gathering place for locals and tourists alike — restaurants, galleries and swanky boutiques fill historic buildings that once housed saloons and boarding houses.

While Park City is famous for their skiing and riding, there are countless other things to do in Park City that will surprise and delight you. There are three distinct ski resorts, the Utah Olympic Park and Historic Main Street, historic tours and museums, art galleries and more. Enjoy shopping on Historic Main Street or indulge in delectable cuisine at our famed Park City restaurants.

At Utah Sports Park you will watch athletes in training, visit the interactive Alf Engen Ski History Museum, stroll the nature trails and travel to the top of the world's highest altitude ski jumps and see one of the fastest bobsled, luge and skeleton tracks. Ride the Comet Bobsled down the Olympic track for the thrill of a lifetime – reaching speeds of up to 65 mph with a professional bobsled pilot. Try freestyle jumping into the Aerials Pool on skis or the Extreme Zip (one of the steepest ziplines in the world).

As you can see, there is no shortage of things to do in Park City.
