The condo is no smoking, but although we can not allow smoking in the condo, the front porch is an open air area and there are no restrictions on smoking for outdoor condominium common areas. An HOA (home owners association) rules and regulations document will be provided and tenants are expected to read and comply with them.

This condo was quiet, close to a beautiful park and a great get away from the Valley heat. Owners were very easy to work with and prompt attention was given to any concerns that arose. Covered parking was provided, as well as all the necessary items for day to day living, including washer/dryer. The only thing missing was wi-fi access, but it was easy enough to use the signal at the Gila County library. If you're looking for a quiet place to spend some time, this just might fit the bill for you. Vicki H Guest @ #211205
