Description of the Peachland vacation cabin rental
Newly built cabin in fresh air forest located at Paradise Valley Resort in Peachland.

This modern cabin has the rustic feel of camping with all the comforts of home. Comfy beds, central air conditioning/heat, full bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen with full size appliances and watch tv from bed. Wildlife viewing from the deck while enjoying peace and quiet. Watch hummingbirds feed while having coffee on the sunny side deck. Barbecue on the covered back deck. This family resort offers a common swimming pool.

This unit is suited to families. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The living room has a double sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Pets welcome.

Full kitchen with gas range, microwave, and fridge freezer. The fridge has a ice maker and water dispenser. Washer and Dryer in unit.

3 flat screen HD tvs are provided to watch Netflix or cable. Wifi is included at no charge. A 5 minute drive to Peachland and 10 minutes to Westbank.

All linens and household items are supplied. Board games, outdoor games, Netflix, wifi, barbecue and patio furniture are supplied.

Area Information
The Paradise Valley area of Peachland is a rural neighbourhood with large acreages and 2 hiking parks. This quiet area of Peachland is not well know so tourist rarely discover its natural beauty. See lots of wildlife. Hummingbirds, squirrels, marmots, chipmunks, deer, moose and lots of birds.

The Cottages of Paradise Valley Drive Resort is located in a Fresh Air forest. 40 cabins and Rv lots make up this family resort. This resort has a public swimming pool, shower/change rooms, and laundry. There is a large field and playground for the kids. Most cabins are used by their owners and are not rented out. This is a great opportunity to vacation with owners from all over British Columbia and Alberta.

Local hiking areas along Trespanier Creek are within walking distance. Okanagan Lake beaches are within a 5 minute drive. Crystal Mountain Ski area is a 10 minute drive.

Deposits: A credit card or Paypal account is required for booking. A 20% deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. Mandatory rental insurance will be added to the final charges at the time of booking at the rate of $69/stay. A refundable cleaning $50 deposit is charged at time of booking. It will be refunded after check out if dishes/appliances are clean and excessive cleaning is not required. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Q: Can we bring our pets?
A: Pets must be mentioned at the time of reservation. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside and are not to be left unattended while outside or left unattended in the cabin. Please clean up after your pet. Pets must not cause a disturbance or you may be asked to leave without refund.
Q: How many guests can stay in the cabin?
A: The cabin sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The bunk bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The livingroom has a double sleeper sofa. The daily rate is based on 4 people staying. Each additional person up to 6 maximum will be charged $10 each/night.
Q: Can we have a campfire?
A: Campfires are permitted only in the designated areas with the metal fire pit provided. Fires must never be left unattended. Help us protect our forest. Campfire bans may be imposed. Firewood is available for purchase from the resort office.
Q: How do we get fresh towels?
A: We supply one bath towel and 1 face cloth per guest for each day of their stay. 1 beach towel is also provided for the week. 2 sets of sheets are supplied for each bed. There is an on-site coin operated laundry located in the pool house shower/ change area. We offer daily cleaning for your unit at an additional charge.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Payment processing is done through Paypal or Credit Card.
Q: Is smoking permitted?
A: Pineview Cabin is a NON-SMOKING environment for the comfort of all guest in the resort. When smoking outdoors, please use the provided smoking receptacles. Protect our forest, just a single spark can start a forest fire!
Q: What is the cleaning deposit? Is it refundable?
A: A $50 Cleaning Deposit is required to cover any cleaning fee's that may occur if Pineview Cabin is left unclean, any dirty dishes are left behind. The cleaning deposit is fully refundable provided upon leaving Pineview Cabin, the cabin is left clean and tidy and free of any dirty dishes or dirty appliances. If Pineview Cabin is left dirty or any dirty dishes are left behind, a portion of or all of the Cleaning Deposit may not be returned in order to cover the cleaning costs.
Q: Is Pineview cabin owned or managed by Camp Okanagan or Paradise Valley Resort?
A: No. Pineview cabin is privately owned and operated by Lauralee Gordon of I Drive For You Errands and Services.
