Hosting two bedrooms including a double and a single along with a large disabled-friendly wet room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space which holds the kitchen, dining area and the sitting area, while outside there is an enclosed garden and off-road parking. The Coach House is a charming home-from-home, offering disabled-friendly accommodation for all in Cornwall.

Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead from car to cottage and vice versa, and when in the unfenced areas around the cottages. There are horses and livestock in close proximity to the cottages, and this guideline is for both the livestock safety and your pets. Dogs are not to be left in the cottage/garden alone at any time. Dogs are not to be allowed on the settees or on the beds. Please ensure they have clean feet before entering the cottage. All mess must be picked up and put in the bin provided. Completely level access and parking, complete with extra wide entry door. Electric car charging unit. Please note: The Coach House’ has been awarded a standard of, M3(i) on the National Accessible Scheme, run by Visit England. That means that it has been certified as suitable for the following guests: Older and less mobile guests, part time wheelchair users, and Independent wheelchair users.
