This lovely detached house is located in Penryn, Cornwall and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.Higher Little Lidgey is a lovely detached house located in Penryn, Cornwall. It has five bedrooms: One first floor master bedroom king size with en-suite, bath, shower, basin and WC, one first floor king size (zip/link, can be twin on request), one first floor super king size (zip/link, can be twin on request), one first floor king size with en-suite, shower, basin and WC, one ground floor double. There is a family bathroom, as well as a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room, as well as a living room. There is an additional living room and utility room. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture. Higher Little Lidgey is an idyllic cottage located in the heart of Cornwall.

Range oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, smart TV, DVD player, a selection of books, games and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. The local museum is housed in the Town Hall. The Town Hall building is partly 18th century and partly 19th century in date; its clock tower is dated 1839.
