This fisherman's cottage rests in Penzance, Cornwall and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.Dock Cottage is a cosy fisherman's cottage in the centre of Penzance, Cornwall. The cottage has two bedrooms; a ground-floor single, served by a family bathroom, and a king-size double with en-suite, together sleeping three guests. The cottage also features a kitchen/diner and a first-floor sitting room with harbour views. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio overlooking the harbour. Dock Cottage is a cosy retreat to the Cornish coast. Note: For all new bookings made after 2nd May 2021 the Gas Fire at Dock Cottage will only be available to guests staying between the beginning of September and the end of April, each year.

Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Highspeed Fibre Wifi and Smart TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Patio area with seating. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub within 0.1 miles. Note: Staircase in the property is very steep and is unsuitable for small children. Note: Sorry no pets. Penzance has many fascinating attractions and events taking place throughout the year, including Golowan, the Midsummer Carnival and The Literary Festival, as well as a great range of shops, restaurants and clubs. The South West Coast Path passes through Penzance and walkers can join and amble along the clifftops towards Land’s End. Nearby is Marazion, connected to the National Trust’s St Michael’s Mount, accessed via a causeway which can be crossed at low water or via ferry boat.
