This house was beautiful, comfortable and very convenient to the Peoria/Sun City area. It was a quiet and relaxing community, but great for the kids too! We would most definitely stay here again.

Loved the House...

The kids enjoyed the pool and the putting green. The home was beautiful and clean. Stores were nearby, so we were able to go grocery shopping and enjoyed having family over for a cookout.

I travel to AZ on business frequently and sometimes my wife comes along. This place is great! The owners are kind and professional and the house comes fully loaded! This place is nicer than our own home. Definitely a place to stay for a short visit or extended stay. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood with pool access and a green in the back yard to practice your putting!

All I can say is it felt like home. Great rental. Great experience. Great places are hard to find. I will check to see if it is available when next I'm in AZ. Big enough for the whole family.

The house is great. We loved everything about it.
We went to four different ballparks and the Nascar race at PIR, so didn't get to check out the pool.
Definitely will try to stay again when we come back to AZ.

From March 8 - "Relaxed elegance describes the Wagners' home in Peoria."

We visited the Phoenix area to enjoy spring training baseball and found the Wagners' home in Peoria a perfect combination of escape from urban congestion and accessibility to everything we wanted to see. Our grandchildren loved the putting green and pool. The adults appreciated how comfortable the home is and how beautifully it is furnished. The natural beauty of Sedona is less than two hours away. Debbie Wagner went out of her way to assure that we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We hope to return.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful five star home!"

Upon arrival the homeowner met us at the property and she was informative about the home, location, and nearby activities. We had fun during our down time playing on the putting green and even had a tournament amongst the family! The outdoor gas grill and fireplace are perfect for evening time and there is plenty of room for reading or catching sun on the lounge chairs. During the early morning and evenings we could see hot air balloons flying overhead. I spoke with a nearby neighbor who is a professional firefighter and I felt extremely safe staying in this gated community. We spent time in Peoria and Phoenix for Spring Training as well as adventures to Camp Verde- Montezumas castle and a jazz fest in Sedona. I give my highest possible rating for this home and I hope to return in the future.

From January 2014 - "Great experience!"
I loved the home because it was cozy, spacious, very clean and new! Even had a fun little putting green in the back as well as an outdoor fireplace with cozy outdoor furniture. The backyard was nice and private with an awesome view overlooking some mountains and hot air balloons floating high up above. The neighborhood was so beautiful and peaceful. Its a gated community so I felt very safe. So its a great place for families or even a group of adults getting away for a vacation. Some added bonuses were that there is access to a hot tub and pool in the community and only a short walk from the house. The people managing the property were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of and even gave great suggestions of what is around the area. I loved how there were awesome restaurants close by! Mellow Mushroom was one of my favorites and I have to eat gluten free. So I was amazed by how easy it was to find a variety of options for going out to eat near the house. Great shopping and movie theaters and other fun things close by to check out! Loved my stay there and definitely will be back again!! I already recommended a friend of mine and they had a wonderful experience as well.

What an amazing Place to Stay

Left on 02/16/2014 for a stay in February 2014
My husband and I recently stayed here and were very happy with our stay. It is very clean, modern, new and has a wonderful feeling. The kitchen is great and very well equipped. The owner Deb has put a great amount of care and attention into her place, and she is very well organized.

I was we had to leave early due to family emergency and Deb very graciously sent us a refund for the time not stayed.

She goes above and beyond to make sure you are OK.

"Quiet and Peaceful"
I was fortunate enough to find this rental home when booking my trip to arizona. I really enjoyed the neighborhood walks and the backyard sanctuary complete with a putting green.

Even though I didn't use them on this trip it was also nice to have the pool and hot tub as an option.

I look forward to my next trip!

"Wonderful Winter Getaway"
My husband, 5mo son, and I spent a week here over the Christmas holiday. The house was immaculate! It felt like home - not just a hotel or rental. We were tucked away in a beautiful gated community with a private pool and hottub. There was a nice playground within walking distance. The location (right off Hwy 17 and Happy Valley Road) was perfect - so close to restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. We even spent time in a few nearby towns including Jerome and Cave Creek. Next time we go to aZ - we will definitely stay here again and plan to visit Sedona and Flagstaff!!

"Great Phoenix retreat"
This is a great home in a gated comminity just on the edge of Phoenix . New, clean and plenty of room with 3 bedrooms. Even has garage parking with plenty of room. All the things you need. Close to plenty of resturants & shopping. Pool and jacuzzi are close by in a community area. It's everything as stated in the listing.

We'll be back again soon.

Thanks for the great time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How accessible is this part of town to Phoenix?
A: Most everything you need for vacation is within 10 minutes, including shopping, entertainment, restaurants, banks, as well as hiking, biking & golf. The SkyHarbor Airport is less than 40 miles away. There's a double car garage for parking.
Q: What is there to do at your home?
A: Not only is this a nearly new home, with pristine furniture and decorations, but it has everything you need to stay in or cook out: a completely outfitted kitchen; Maytag washer/dryer; lots of drawer and closet space; beautiful, inviting patio with a fireplace and putting green (yes, it's challenging).
Q: What's the pool and hot tub like?
A: The pool is one block away, under lock and key for guests. It is heated (winter) and refreshingly cool during the summer scorch. You have an access key fob. You can walk or drive (parking).
Q: How do we get into the gated community?
A: You will be given the access code when you arrive. All you do is punch in 4 numbers and the gate will open up for you to drive in. Click the garage door opener and you're in safe and sound. This means there is very little activity in the neighborhood and it's extremely safe.
