Description of the Perdido Key vacation home rental
This unique home has great views of both the gulf and the intercoastal water way. In fact the view from our neighbors back deck was featured on the cover of Coastal Living magazine in December of 2002. The view is basically the same from our deck.

This cozy beachfront neighborhood is nestled within the borders of Perdido Key State Park and sits across the road from federally protected sea shore. You will have use of one of the most secluded beaches on the gulf coast of Florida with it's sugary white beaches and pristine waters.

Bring your boats, jet skis, etc. as we also have a boat dock and boat lift. This home also features two full kitchens and two full laundry areas. Five bedroom, three full baths and is very uniquely decorated. There is also a large hot tub on the back deck for your enjoyment pleasure.

This property is a 5 bedroom unit, however, we will accommodate for smaller groups. See our rate section for smaller group pricing.

Area Information
Just imagine a cozy beachfront neighborhood nestled within the borders of Perdido Key State Park, surrouded my miles of unspoiled sugary white beaches; aqua blue waters of the Gulf; bays; estuaries; wetlands; and abundant native sea life and wildlife.

It is like a step back in time. A good portion of Perdido Key has been preserved as nature preserves/parks, making it an perfect vacation spot for those who love to be surrounded by nature. For thos who enjoy diving and snorkeling, the sea life at Gulf Islands National Seashore is the perfect underwater playground.

Perdido Key is a long-hidden retreat that offers many activities such as deep sea/sport/fresh water fishing, as well as sailing, surfing, sunbathing, boating, camping, and just plain chillin' in a casual and relaxed surroundings.

For the golfers, there are a number of challenging courses designed, some designed by professional planners such as Arnold Palmer.

For a tiny island, Perdido Key has a surprising number of good local eateries with more choices just a short jaunt over to Pensacola or Orange Beach.

Fresh seafood abounds, but filet mignon, barbecue ribs deli sandwiches and salads are available too.
