Description of the Phoenix vacation condo rental
Mid-Town -excellent location - Brick Commons. This 1200 sq. foot, 3.5 year old luxury condo is on third (top) floor overlooking pool offering views of the stars/moon, city lights and gorgeous sunsets. The 2 bedrooms includes a king sized bedroom set in Master with Flat screen TV and in the den which isl furnished with copenhagen furniture -there is a king inflatable mattress. The living room is large with a beautiful wall unit housing flat screen, dvd and stereo. Art work is original oil. The dinette area is roomy with top of the line copenhagen furniture. A 178 sq. ft patio/balcony that is tiled and furnished with a high rod iron table and 4 swivel chairs. The appliances are stainless steel. The counter tops are granite and there is a small wine cooler. Both washer and dryer are full sized and housed discretely off the kitchen. Both inside and out, the unit is very quiet and peaceful. There is a large heated pool large with jacuzzi and an exercise room and movie room in the classy club house. The location is fantastic - 7 minute walk to light rail. 10 minute drive to downtown phx - symphony, Herberger,Orpheum, Dodge, etc. Staying in the condo is like being in the city in a beautiful well groomed community with trees/pool and a feeling of belonging and safety. Looking off to the right of the balcony (toward West) is a view of some tall buildings and beautiful sunsets. Straight ahead is the palm trees surrounding the pool. A locking screen door on the front wood door allows for a more open feel besides giving a nice cross ventilation. A personal alarm is located inside the unit. A locking gate in the main "Brick Commons" entrance requires a clicker or code to enter. One covered parking spot directly in front of the stairs that lead up to the condo and sufficient parking around the premises. All in all a top of the classy, cozy condo with all amenities and views to boot! Please note there are no elevators - the covered parking spot is right infront of the stairs that lead to the condo - if walking up two flights is a hardship, this would not be the right place for you. Brick commons is across the street from the Phoenix Country Club. Brick commons is a 7 minute walk from the brand new light rail system on Central. A less than ten minute drive to downtown cultural area - symphony hall, Herberger theater, A.S.U. downtown campus, Dodge theater and of course the new huge ball park. It is a 5 minute drive to get to the Interstate 10 or 202 and it is a 10 minute drive to get to the 51. A quick 12 minute drive to the airport. Grocercy stores and Walgreeens within a few minutes. Restaurants all over - some cottage like, some larger - a nice eclectic group of eateries - all ethnicisities.

Perfect Home away from Home

The description of the condo on the web site was exactly as it was. The condo was immaculate inside, the patio & bathrooms were spotless. Candice was a great host, everything we asked for she provided. We will recommend Candice's condo to friends. The location was perfect and the pool area was very clean and well kept.

Eclectic Southwest Holiday

The condo and surrounding property presented greater amenities than those advertised by the owner. The condo was well equipped, centrally located on the property, and nicely oriented toward the sun and pool. My wife and I felt safe, secure, and accepted by the locals. However, it was the vibrant and accommodating nature of Candice, the owner, that contributed to our overall enjoyment and the reason for re-renting in the future.
