Description of the Phoenix vacation apartment rental
We purchased the unit last year in October and then renovated it all just before Christmas 2009. Renovations included all new flooring (tile & laminate) paint (3 tone beige to brown) and totally furnished it with new good furnishings. We have had a couple nurses in it for 4 months. The unit is on the third floor, elevatored, 923 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 Bath, condo over looking a pool at 1701 E. Coutler Street (one half block off Camelback and at the west side of Highway 51) in Phoenix. The four storey complex has about 360 units, three pools, a fountain, two storey workout room and covered parking. It is gated and has security on the site from 6:00PM to ,6:00AM. There are a lot restaurants near by, most within a block. Theatres with a 15 minute walk, Best Buy, great shopping and grocery stores. It is easy access to Sky Harbour airport (10 minutes). It has very easy access to just about anywhere you would like ago, Highway 51 connects to all the freeway's.

The unit has dark brown ceramic tile in entry, kitchen, baths and laundry. The dark brown laminate is everywhere else. There is a 3 color custom paint job throughout the unit.

The unit gets the morning sun in the bedrooms and living room. You don't get direct sun until after 8:00AM. The sun has to come over the building four storey building on other side of the pool. As I said earlier there is no hot evening sun. Ours has a 9 foot ceiling. There is great shopping, eating places from very fancy and expensive to good and cheap. There is a movie complex we walk to about 15 minutes away,

All these national stores like Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Chili's, Wendy's, Arby's, Fry's McDonald's, Denny's, Sports Authority, Baja Grill, Chipotle Grill, Staples, 2 Chase Banks, every type of car dealership under the sun no more more than across the street. There is an all you can eat Chinese restaurant that is less than block away. It is so cheap less than $8.00 for lunch you can eat all the great sushi you want. Biltmore Square Mall is a ten walk and has lots high end stores. Ten minutes from Sky Harbour Airport. Highway 51 connects to all the major freeways.

It is a great location.

My sister and her husband bought a place Mesa and we loved going there but was to far away from the things we liked. Another co-worker bought a place in Buckeye and we stayed there too. This again was to far away. We found this place in the heart of Phoenix and we could walk to just about anything we wanted to do.
