“Great little condo”

Reviewed 19 Feb 2017

We stayed for just under a week in this condo and felt it was well worth the price. The condo is well equipped; bed is very comfortable, kitchen well equipped(although we chose to eat at the many great restaurants). VERY quiet. Grounds are well kept. Condo was clean except for the bathroom. Bathroom vanity, mirror and area rugs were not clean upon arrival : light bulbs out in the bathroom and dressing area. I see many others did not have this experience so I am guessing this is not usual. Would stay here again.

“Great option for convention attendees or families”

Reviewed 11 Jun 2016

My daughter and I stayed at the Downtown Condo for a week during a science fair convention we attended at the Phoenix Convention Center. It was such a great choice. The condo was clean, comfortable, cool, and very convenient, and the manager was great in every way. We walked to the convention center in about 10 minutes each day. It would be a great option for a family with young children visiting other family in Phoenix. You're near everything (literally next door to Children's Museum) and get your own space and option to make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Clean, 2 bedroom, well stocked condo. Very nice pool with jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace, work out area and club house. We had a really nice stay. Only downfall was the guest bathroom shower only ran hot water and neither bathroom fan worked. Owner was attentive and accommodating. We have already recommended this property to others!

“Downtown Phoenix condo”

Reviewed 9 Nov 2015

This condo was very clean and well kept. The air conditioning wasn't working and I contacted the owner who sent someone right out to fix it. Very convenient to the Convention Center. The only thing is that the laminate flooring is not glued down and it makes every footstep heard.

“Perfect location, great condo”

As a real estate professional, I know a good deal when I see one! We rented both condos from Brett and it was a great choice. We were only a 10 minute walk to the US Airways Center and an even shorter walk to the Phoenix Convention Center. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed the easy access to the highways. Our overall experience was very positive and we will definitely book with Brett again.

“Love the Downtown Area”

Reviewed 13 Apr 2014

We had a very nice month stay in the upstairs condo. It had everything we needed. The TV selection could use a little upgrade, but didn't really watch a lot with so many things to do in the downtown area. We used the light rail, which is easy to use. We found many fun places to visit and eat. Got to go to a few Dback games, which was in walking distance. Brett was very easy to work with. Had a overall nice stay.

“Great Condo Downtown Phoenix”

Brett is easy to work with and condo is quiet for being center city. Easy to get to and around without a rental car. Close to light rail line. 1 block easy walk to Convention Center.

“loved the condo!!”

Reviewed 25 Feb 2014

Brett was great to work with, he was very helpful with ideas for restaurants that we should check out, he gave us ideas of locations to check out . The Condo is a very comfortable place to stay at and the location is great. You can walk to many things. We also took the light rail to Tempe that was fun. We would go back again. I don't have anything bad to say, loved it! Thanks again Brett for everything!!

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind words. Looking forward to your next visit.

“Convenient location and clean!”

Reviewed 11 Feb 2014

This condo comes highly recommended by our family of five with three children ages 3, 5, and 7. The location is so ideal, being literally across the street from the heart of downtown Phoenix, yet in a very quiet, friendly, and safely gated community. We enjoyed our daily walks through downtown to coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The amazing 3-story Children's Museum is right next door, where the families can come and go throughout the day. This is so convenient to walk back and forth for lunch and/or rests and naps, then go back to play. The owner of the condo is extremely easy to work with. He was very helpful, friendly, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He provides a variety of maps, recommended restaurants, etc. We traveled with a total of 3 adults and 3 children and our stay was very comfortable in the downstairs unit (1 bedroom king bed, cot, and futon bed). There are plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, and towels and the entire condo is extremely clean! Our ONLY complaint is that the pool is not heated, so in the winter months, it is way too cold for recommended use. But it is a beautiful pool with an attached hot tub. With the convenient location, cleanliness of the condo both inside and out, safe and quiet condo-community, accommodating to children, and the friendly, easy business relationship with the owner, we would recommend this stay.

Owner's reply: We look forward to your next visit.

“Great place to stay for a family of four in the he”

Reviewed 14 Dec 2013

My family of four (myself, wife and two young children) stayed in this condo over a weekend to see a bit of Phoenix and visit with family. It exceeded our expectations! It is REALLY nice! The kids slept on the futon and we slept in the massive king bedroom. It has a FULL kitchen, which is way better than the kitchenette you might find in a typical hotel. This condo is a bargain for all the amenities. It is in a gated community, so I felt very safe with my family.
