This spacious, detached stone period property, on the edge of Pickering in North Yorkshire, has three bedrooms accommodating up to six people.Keld Head Farmhouse is a wonderful, detached period holiday home on the edge of Pickering, a market town in North Yorkshire. The property retains original beams and has three bedrooms; a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double room and a twin room. There is also a bathroom and a WC on the ground floor. The property has a kitchen with a dining area and a snug with a TV and a sofa in an alcove, whilst there is also a separate dining and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is lots of space for off road parking and an enclosed garden to the rear with a lawn, decking and furniture. With Pickering's amenities just a short walk away, and the delights of North Yorkshire's moors and coastline within easy reach, Keld Head Farmhouse is a wonderful break for friends and families.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The historic market town of Pickering has many amenities including traditional shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The town is often referred to as the gateway to the breathtaking North York Moors National Park. Attractions that are well worth visiting are the North York Moors Stream Railway, Pickering Castle and The Beck Isle Museum, which displays black and white photographs of rural life. The area is a haven for walkers with hills, valleys and rivers to explore, plus wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy the wildlife in the North York Moors. Also further afield are the historic city of York and the Heritage Coast. Pickering is a perfect base to explore the North York Moors and beyond.
