We enjoyed our stay at the Clearfork Farm Cottage!! It was very relaxing and beautiful scenery. Can't wait until we make it back to the Great Smoky Mountains!!!

“Had a great time”

My family of 6 stayed at the Clearforks Farm cottage and couldn't have been happier. It was clean and cozy. The kids loved that it was close to the community swimming pool. I had no complaints. But my 10 yr old son wished there would have been a tv in the bedrooms! We hope to come back soon.

“Wonderful stay!”

If you are looking for a homey, peaceful place to spend some relaxing days, Clearfork Farm is it! very roomy screened in porch next to the stream. We had a wonderful experience with Cathy during booking, and our stay! Everything you need! Just bring a good book and leave your stress at home. I highly recommend Clearfork for a quite and peaceful get away.

Nice, clean, spacious. Good beds. Tough to use with a wheelchair or walker. Kitchen layout is good. 2nd restroom smallish. Good stock of supplies. Take your own DVD's. Needs more indirect light. Overhead lights are glaring.. Updated, easy to cook in kitchen. Water had a metallic well water taste. Direct TV pretty much the basic stuff. Wifi worked well. No cell service but wifi resolved that. Hvac in good shape. Furniture is comfortable. Natural sunlight gets there Late and leaves early cause of the location. Well worth the money.

“great vacation spot”

Close to tourist areas but far enough away for peace and quiet. Cabin was clean, but the kitchen utensils and variety of skillets, pans and dishes was limited. If you plan on eating out a lot, it's perfect, but we were eating in and had to be very creative at times. Thankfully, the big box store had reasonably priced pots and other items. Overall, it was a great time, and I would stay again (but bring some of my own cookware).

Owner's reply: I have added to the pots and pans, casserole dishes and added a crock pot

“Secluded Heaven”

This place was awesome. Its nestled back in the woods with a beautiful roaring creek along the side. The screened in back porch was very relaxing. Nice & clean home. This rental had all the comforts of home & we felt very safe with the gated community it was in. Beautiful home & Yard with carport. This rental is Dog Friendly too. The Only complaint I had is the wood stoves "Smokey" Smell was OVERWHELMING. We did not realize it had a wood stove when we rented it & it really was bad. My husbands allergies was irritated by the smokey smell.

Owner's reply: We had a very, very cold spell and the family before had enjoyed the wood stove. So sorry the cabin had not aired out when you arrived.
