“Great Place for a Family Gathering!!”

Reviewed 22 Dec 2015

We spent three nights at HCW Lodge with our family including 10 kids and 10 adults! It was our first experience doing a family gathering like this under one roof! The layout of the home is great...there was plenty of room for the kids (ages 4-14) to have a great time while the adults could enjoy each other without even knowing the kids were in the same house! The only suggestion for the owner - some of the beds could use some memory foam for a better nights sleep! Having said that, HCW was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable and we would stay there again! Shannon was wonderful to work with!

Owner's reply: This spring (2016) after personally checking/testing all the bedrooms sets we replaced three of the bedrooms mattress sets with brand new mattress and box springs; and added memory foam to the Master bedroom's bed. Thank you for your feedback which helps us keep the Lodge in top shape! We are so glad your family enjoyed the Lodge last winter and we hope you will think of the Lodge again in the future! ~ Sincerely, Shannon
