This is a Home away from Home. It features a fully appointed kitchen to provide for all 12 in this unit with approximately 6,000 SF of living and deck space. Complete with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and so much more. There is a wine cooler cabinet for beverages. There is an eating and serving bar that is perfect for managing the gastronomic needs of large and small crowds in the kitchen.

The living area is spacious and is not unlike a “Great Room”. A dining area is included in this space. It also opens onto a wide deck, that also has a dipping pool to keep you cool during the hot afternoons and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy reading during the day or communal activities in the evenings.

Wide screen TVs are located in the living area and each bedroom. This is perfect for families traveling with children because there are plenty of options available to keep everyone interested and happy.

A separate bar provides a place to store your libations for a week or two. It is truly useful when there are four couples enjoying time on the golf course return to discuss the wonders of their respective games.

Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom area. Air jet tubs are in each as well.

Towels and linens are changed daily. Housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping the space clean and tidy. Once a day, beds are made and the space is cleaned. In the evening, beds are turned down and trash that has accumulated during the day is taken away.

Not only is the unit beautiful, but the property is beautiful as well. The many swimming pools and beautiful ocean is enough to keep all ages engaged and happy.

The newest feature at the Riviera Maya property is Jungala - Vidanta’s new Luxury Water Park. This facility offers everything from thrilling waterslides, to a .6 km Lazy River to a great children’s area to shopping and eating. Extra fees may be required, and from all accounts so far, this will be a very popular venue.

The other feature is the permanent Cirque du Soleil program at the Joya Theater, which is located across the highway from the property. There are tickets for the show only as well as tickets for a full evening of dinner and the show.

Finally, but certainly not least are the golf facilities and gym. Both are available for use and could actually be used at no cost to the guest. Be sure to ask what benefits are available when you decide upon a date to book.

You do not have to leave the property to enjoy eating out. There are more than ten restaurants and eateries that offer wonderful food and are very convenient.

The bottom line? You will have a wonderful, memorable vacation at the Four Bedroom Residence Vidanta’s Rivera Maya.

About the area

There are many sites to see and experience near the resort. Play del Carmen is a charming town. Puerto Morelos is also a charming town located about 9 miles north of the property. Both locations have wonderful beach activities and restaurants. Then there are the ruins - Tulum and other historical sites. Tours are available or you can rent a car and drive to one of many wonderful sites. Cenotes are fun underground water caverns. Scuba diving is very popular as is snorkeling. Art walks in Playa del Carmen are fun, and there are also dining walks that provide access to a number of popular restaurants. Of course, the Jungala Luxury Water Park is available as is the Cirque du Soleil show. Plenty to do and then there is golf.

Getting around

Cars are not necessary unless you want to do independent exploring.

The airport is Cancun International Airport. We will show you how to make arrangements for complementary transportation from the airport and back to the airport upon your departure. Easy!

Interaction with guest

Our renting process is straight forward and efficient. A Rental Agreement defines the reservation and its cost. A Transferal Letter shows you own the reservation, which you present to the receptionist at check-in. You are welcome to contact us to ask any questions you may have prior to or during your stay.
