For the past 2 years, a group of my college friends and I have all rented this house for memorial day weekend - all couples. The house is absolutely gorgeous and gives each couple their own private space. During the day we go down to the beach and at night we sit around the picturesque built in fire pit outside. The fire pit is my absolute favorite part which overlooks the water - you cannot beat a drink in hand, while relaxing in front of that fire watching the sun set. The house itself is equipped with everything you would need! You will absolutely enjoy your time at this home.

“great house for 3 families, short walk to the beac”

We loved this charming house with 7 bedrooms, each with a number on the door! We had 6 adults and 7 kids, and it was a great combination of queen, full, twin, and bunk beds, and even a crib. Jacqui was super hospitable and provided us with everything we needed from high chairs to beach chairs to an awesome lobster roll recommendation. We loved that it was a 2 minute walk to the private beach, so we could come back for snacks or sweatshirts. Also loved the ample outdoor seating. The only thing we missed was having a washer/dryer, but will pack accordingly next time.

Owner's reply: This review seems to be given to our another rental house with ocean view. Thank you anyway.

Beautiful place, we were 5 couples with 6 young children Beautiful view, quiet One of the rooms is the play room Very hard to get to the beach because of the rocks ( an adult can figure out a route ) but impossible with young children, you absolutely need to wall down to the hôtel to be able to get down with the kids

Owner's reply: Thank you very much for your review and glad you enjoyed your vacation here.

“Had a blast!!”

Patricia's home was absolutely wonderful with the beach just a few feet away. We were a group of 9 and we also had our old English bulldog with us. This home was like our own with everything. We needed to make ourself comfortable. Everything stated on the website was accurate. Thank you again:)

Owner's reply: Thank you very much for your review and we are so pleased that your group had a wonderful vacation here.

“Peaceful and Relaxing”

This is a truly beautiful setting. The house is very spacious and clean. The landlord is extremely attentive and willing to help with any concerns. Plymouth is a great vacation town for shopping and sightseeing. A real plus is not having to deal with the horrendous traffic going over the bridges to the Cape. I rented for a month. Beware if you are looking for BEACH access on the property. Superb views, but the climb down to beach is extremely difficult....would only be easy for the very young. Plymouth beach is about 1/2 mile away. In fact, you can see it from the patio. But I was disappointed as I expected to lounge around on the sand directly in front of the house. Also, I believe that we rented in the first year after the house was purchased. Most everything was updated and freshly painted. I hope that the garden, which badly needed weeding and trimming, has been tidied. There was only one bureau in the master bedroom. The master bath was done very well, as were the two other bathrooms, but there were no hand towels or washcloths, just bath size. AND there was no lobster pot nor utensils for eating same. This is sac religious for a rental anywhere in New England!! :>) The only other thing I remember missing was a good can opener. I felt that, considering the substantial rental, these things should have been available. I would not take this rental again, but only because I want beach access on the property.

Owner's reply: Glad you enjoyed the house and your one-month vacation here! And thank you for all your nice suggestions for our house's summer rental. The garden has been improved a lot since second year we had the house and all the missing items you mentioned had been already taken care of.... Thank you again!
